I’m taking the time to write an online review because the guys at the Rock Bottom Golf pro shop here are absolutely phenomenal. They single handedly turned around a mess of a situation for me, and made my entire weekend. I ordered a club off the eBay site from their warehouse, and was sent the wrong handed club as well as the wrong shaft on top of it. Found out they have a flagship store in my city, and went (with the expectation of just wanting a refund) to return it in store where the guys quickly made the whole situation right by finding the club I ordered from the start in their store. I was going to wash my hands and move onto buying from another company, but went from one spectrum of mood to the other just from their effort making it happen for me, and their excellent customer service. Had a great time at my weekend tournament, partly due to them handling the experience the right way and getting the club I needed in my bag. Next time I need something done right I will go in person to the store and know I’ll be in good hands. A+

Sean is AWESOME! Super knowledgeable and passionate about helping people enjoy golf! He is a club nerd with a personality that can adapt to every client and meet them where they are. (Posting on behalf of my dad) My son and I went to Rock Bottom Golf for the first time yesterday and had an exceptional experience thanks to Matt D. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient helping my son select clubs. It was obvious to us that Matt really enjoys what he does. A five star review doesn't seem to be enough. I highly recommend anyone looking for clubs goes to Rock Bottom Golf and works with Matt.

I had a great experience with a fitting with Rob! I'm left handed so options are always limited. I told him I was frustrated with my driver. He measured me for length to discover I was a petite. He also explained better form, and driver lofts. (Fairly new still, and don't know all the intricate details about loft variations on drivers). We had to improvise because there are minimal options for me. He worked really hard to help me find something that not only would work for me, but to try and price match the set I decided I wanted. Patient, laid back, and fun to work with!

Rock Bottom Golf at this location has an amazing inventory of new and used clubs, clothing, and other golf gear. McKenzie there was very helpful. They let you use the range and simulator to try out the used clubs. Extremely reasonable prices. My adult son purchased a Driver and I purchased a Fairway Wood. Well worth the trip from Penn Yan.
