I love the atmosphere of this place. The long front porch with rocking chairs is a perfect place to relax after a busy day. They provide you three meals with your stay. The food is delicious and they make their own maple syrup from trees on the property. It has been extremely hot so the pools were wonderful to have. Did some hiking on the trails provided on the property. They have enough to do here that you don’t need to go anywhere else.

What a beautiful, charming place. We were only there for an overnight but wished we could have stayed longer. So much charm with the wrap around porch,, bowling alley with awesome drinks like root beer floats, Bocci Ball, shuffleboard, horseshoes, tennis court, pickleball court, trails for hiking, family style dining where all guests sit at same time. Old time feel, no rush, total relaxation in a gorgeous location. I can imagine in fall and winter it is breathtaking. Would love to come back.

This is the place to come if you're looking for a place to relax. The building is charming. Is it perfectly updated? No, and that's the point. There's comfortable couches and chairs, spaces for sitting and playing games, cozy corners for reading, and a porch to watch the birds and enjoy the breeze. The food is good, nothing fancy, but it's just right for the setting. It feels like food you'd get at home, but a little better. Portion sizes are spot on. There are hiking trails on the property, some easy, some more challenging. The bowling alley is perfect for a bit of fun. If you're looking for the latest and flashiest, this isn't the place for you. If you're looking for laid-back and charming, you're in the right place.

We loved this charming, rustic resort in the Catskills. It offers everything a couple or family needs to relax and recoup in a gorgeous location surrounded by fields, forests and mountains: indoor and outdoor pools, tennis and basketball courts, a bowling alley, a library of books and board games, all-inclusive dining, a lively bar and a spacious porch with rocking chairs to take in the evening air. It is stubbornly old-fashioned. The rooms do not have TVs (at least, ours didn't). The furnishings are well-kept but dated. The stairwells are narrow and the floorboards creak. The facade is elegant but shows signs of weather and wear. If you're not put off by those details, you'll find a warm welcome and lots of opportunities to unwind.

Our daughter's wedding was held at Winter Clove Inn this past Saturday. Many guests commented on how much they loved the venue! The Inn, tucked in the Catskill mountains, is a beautiful place. On the premises, there is a bowling alley, an inside and outside swimming pool, miles of hiking available, and a beautiful waterfall within a two-minutes’ walk. The food was wonderful, the rooms were very comfortable and the service was outstanding. Many thanks to the owner Lenore and her family, and every staff member who made our event such a great success.
