I was in town for a tournament, and the course was great!! Fun layout, which offers some challenges. The rough is thick, and the fairways vary in width, some wide and some not so wide. There are plenty of water hazards to get around. The greens were in good condition and played well. The golf carts are newer and in excellent condition. The staff was extremely nice and the price was right. If you're in town, give it a try....

Nice public course. Usually, it is fairly well maintained and a little bit more affordable than some of the other local choices.

Staff was excellent, course was in decent shape. The greens rolled excellent, the speed wasn't ridiculously fast or slow but they won't hold a approach shot and its very difficult to bounce one on. The fairways are in decent shape but a little thin on grass. Worth the money for the average golfer.

Very nice golf course. The greens fee of $30 is the best rate in The area. It's a good course for beginners or good players.

Had my first 18 here last week, the coarse is obviously in need of a little bit of brick work & such, BUT the coarse was way better than I anticipated! I had an awesome day and the feeling here is so quiet and secluded compared to other coarses. Yet the coarse is actually very big! I would rather play at the Barracks than go to Bluff point, this coarse is way better & the staff are very much more accommodating! Not only that but the restaurant itself, mixed with the beautiful top view of the coarse from the patio is BEAUTIFUL! Many beautiful little ponds all around & a Plaque at each tee of the History! The Owner was a very sweet nice lady that told me she has been running the coarse now since the passing of her partner. I hope she knows she is doing an awesome job for such a huge responsibility! It seems as though she has some great young men in the proshop & kitchen helping her, please go & support this hidden Gem of a Coarse!👏🏽💛
