Nice course. Greens are typically fast, and give optical illusions. Everything breaks to the village.

Definitely one of my favorite courses to play near Syracuse. Greens are kept in great condition. Very open course with incredible views. Highly recommend.

I play in a Wed league and I will say this course is in Horrendous shape and I wish I could blame it on the rain but we can’t. The course has more weeds in the rough and parts of the fairway than regular grass. The owner won’t even use any type of weed control to maintain the course. Greens are all bumpy patches everywhere. I don’t know where to begin in regards to the tee boxes. Uneven everywhere, can’t even get a square stance anywhere on any tee box. All they have to do is put some dirt down even them out and put some seed. I could good go on and on but I won’t. Same problems at Owasco and Lyndon. Sunset could be a great course but the mgt unfortunately do not care. I may have been a bit harsh on the weeds on the course. I told the owner I would revise my review in that regard. In his defense we have received an abundance of rain of recent which may have prevented the spreading of weed control however I’ve played Raddison, Foxfire and Camillus and they have almost no weeds. I’m in a league here and it’s a good course for a league but they charge way too much for this kind of course. A large bucket of range balls are $24 which is ridiculous, and then I was charged $60 for 18 holes on a weekday. This is not that caliber of course that should charge that much. Also, the food sucks in the bar. Never playing here outside my league again and definitely never using the range again

Stopped by for dinner- Excellent Berry Birdie salad; staff was so attentive to dietary restrictions we had in our party. Would recommend!
