Went to a golf outing and the place was awesome. Everything exceeded my expectations and Doug in the pro shop was great, had everything for the outing smooth as can be. The bar staff Richard, Morgan, Barb, Mike and Drew all went above and beyond. Taking one bite of any one of my meals you can tell that those guys put themselves into their food. The entire weekend was one of the best weekends of the year. Our room was spotless and clean and absolutely completely ready when we got there. I absolutely recommend for anyone looking to having an outing or a golf weekend to stay at the island green.

It was a great golf outing, great service, Kevin always goes above and beyond. Doug in the pro shop made everything super easy for the outing and very helpful. We got there and the rooms were ready and very clean. The chefs Mike and drew take pride into the food. Nothing else like it. Especially the pulled pork. I always looked forward to the next meal because the food was just that good. And the sauces are all home made. The bar staff Richard, Morgan, barb gave friendly service the entire weekend. The golf course was in great shape for how early into the season it is. I would 100% recommend Island green golf course to anyone looking to get away up in the Catskills for a golf weekend / outing.

Kevin is a great host. He catered to all our needs. Course was in the best shape with beautiful green greens and well maintained fairways. BBQ lunches and dinners were phenomenal. Plenty of food, steaks perfectly cooked and home sauces were delicious. Bar staff did a great job serving drinks with little wait time. Rooms were clean and roomy.

Love the people, golf course and rooms. It's a great getaway for golf and food. The best part is once you get there you can park your car and really don't need it until you are leaving. I will be going back next year.

This place is a hidden gem. Kevin and Doug and staff were amazing. Golf Course was in great shape. Rooms were perfect. We had a weekend here with 30 guys and all we keep saying is we can’t wait to come back. This is our 11th year oh yeah by the way, the food is absolutely. MINT !!!
