Great local eatery, staff is friendly, and just witty enough to make you feel like family (thank you Grace). And reasonably priced. Philly cheesesteak sub is a challenge to finish, make this a regular stop if you’re in the neighborhood.

Ok we will do the positive before the negative! It’s great that they sautee their onions and mushrooms on their cheesesteaks! Huge plus as so many places will serve raw onions on cheesesteaks! The bad is that the salt on the cheesesteak was overbearing! If it wasn’t for so much salt on the cheesesteak it would’ve been within the top three cheesesteaks of my entire life, however the salt was so much, I couldn’t even finish my cheesesteak! However, I did speak to the owner, and he was truly an amazing person to talk to, and told me his thoughts on the matter! I did truly enjoy talking to the owner!

Friday fish fry special was good. Servers were attentive and friendly. Atmosphere is casual and relaxed.

Wow. A disappointment to say the least, I would give them a zero if that was an option.. appetizer came out freezing cold after 25 minutes, there were two tables, empty bar. Got a salad, no tomatoes, no croutons like it says on the menu. Got a sub as well.. one chicken tender on each side of the sub and not even the right sauce. I will not even come back for a drink. Wayne deserves better than the jokes that took over. -10000/10

Fortunately, the food menu hasn't changed much since the new ownership, as the food was always a plus. The fryer is still good - not quite as good as it was, but still solid. The bar is still humming and makes great drinks! Pictured: Philly cheese steak quesedilla. So what's changed? The kitchen is significantly slower. SIGNIFICANTLY. Appetizers that are fried (pickles and cheese sticks) shouldn't take more than half an hour! The service was friendly but inattentive and slow. Salad was brought without dressing and then when asked, was promptly forgotten. It made for a much less satisfactory experience. Might be a bit before I return. Wish I could do 2 and a half stars, that would probably be most accurate.
