It's a Country Club so if you're going to be on the outside deck area, wear a sweater or something. I was there in the beginning of May and it got noticeably cooler at 6:30 - 7:00 pm. The place is kinda small for more than 200 people. Cocktail hour was a madhouse, not enough seating or pub style tables, but the finger foods were good and there was plenty of them during Cocktail hour. They do have a nice staircase for bridal photos. We were seated for dinner behind a door so we couldn't see the bride and groom doing what they do at weddings, dancing, cutting the cake, etc. I felt like the club could have worked it out better than actually putting a table in front of a door. The bar should have been where our table was. The bartender had a perfect view of the party. The food was good. The place is a little bit crusty ( how many layers of paint is too many?) but my husband had a nice time. The staff was great.

We just got married this past weekend at Bellport Country Club and we had to give them their flowers. We had a 150 person wedding and everything went so smoothly from start to finish. Everything was tailored exactly to what we wanted and the entire team at the country club was incredibly professional. The food was amazing, easily 10/10, and our guests are still talking about it. A special shoutout to Theodore and the crew for truly going above and beyond to make our day perfect. Kayla was also fantastic to work with and made the whole process seamless. We can’t recommend Bellport Country Club enough, not just for weddings but for any event. 10/10 experience!

This venue is so beautiful! The food was excellent! The service staff was so wonderful and accommodating. They paid close attention to the Bride and Groom as well as the Mother of the Bride and Father of the Bride. They catered to our guest more than any place I have been to before. Theo, Michael and Taylor were the best I have ever met in my life!! Taylor decorated exactly to a T what I had asked for to be done. It was so beautiful!!! We were so pleased!! She remember every single thing I said!! I was amazed. She took notes, what a lady!!! Theo was as well as Taylor was right there if you turned around. I would say oh I don’t have that and guess what..that was there in 30 seconds. He could not do more for us! Michael was there as well and he told us originally he may not be there, but we got him there too that was a bonus!! Three for the price of one!! All very pleasant and kind! All our items were carefully stored for the day, displayed and careful packed up for us to retrieve later in the week. Not a single Item was missing or broken. If this is the venue that you were looking at definitely by far choose this one!! You will not regret it!!!! Perfect & dream wedding venue!!!! I fell in love with Bellport Country Club as soon as I walked in. I loved how it was simple, elegant, and had this beautiful charm to it. The entire team at Bellport Country Club was absolutely phenomenal to work with and if I had to do it all over again I would pick them. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND choosing Bellport Country Club if you want outstanding service, AMAZING food for both cocktail hour and reception (that guests still rave about), a beautiful country club picturesque background, a spacious bridal suite, an after party option upstairs, and a team who does everything in their power to make sure your wedding day is executed to perfection. A huge perk was that it was fully weatherproof too! The entire back deck for cocktail hour is COMPLETELY covered even if it does rain on your big day! They are a team of professionals and know what they are doing! I was so impressed when we were taking our pictures outside, Theo came with a bottle of water and a straw for me. Those little things stood out to me all day! Guests were beyond impressed with the entirety of the day and can not stop talking about how amazing of a wedding it was! I was the happiest bride throughout the entire planning process because of how easy everything was at Bellport. I have a million more amazing things I can say, but the last thing I will say is to get the RAW BAR BOAT! I don’t think guests will ever forget it, it was such a big hit!

I recently had a baby shower for my sister at the Bellport country club and I can’t recommend this venue enough! It was very easy to communicate with the wonderful team about what we needed for the day! The day of ran very smoothly. We got so many compliments about the food. The space was perfect. The staff was very flexible helping us move things around the space as needed. Highly recommend the Bellport country club!!
