As a teaching pro for 37 years now LPGA PGA just getting back to New Jersey also worked on us kids Golf and many minor league tours Preparing People for the PGA and LPGA this course offers so many varieties of different golf shots it would be awesome if they had a pro like myself that can actually teach on this course every shot is there it could become part of their memberships or whatever is such a beautiful please with so many different types of shots and options I used to study there underneath the great late Paul Midiri one of the greatest PGA coaches ever. I've been everywhere in New Jersey so far and if this place ever needed a coach or a tour or professional this is the only place I would work there so I'm telling you go and play it it's an awesome Golf Course

First tee time Friday 8/23 and my first time playing here. Course is in really great shape for the price ($41). Not terribly difficult or long, which is great for my skill level. Some interesting holes and greens. Driving range was closed, I think this is normal on Fridays to prepare for the weekend. Greens were recently aerated but played fairly well. Some deer met me on the first hole. Finished in 3 hours (the joy of teeing first) Will most definitely be back!

Some fairways are better than others, sand traps need a little attention. I would come again, super close to my home in Delran. They're currently doing some construction on hole 2, which is closed today.

Golf Shop Staff: 0/5 Management: 0/5 Course Conditions: 3.75/5 Pace of Play: 4/5 What a shame. This course has the potential to be a very good public golf facility. The layout is decent, the pace of play was very good for a public golf course, and the course itself was in decent condition. Unfortunately, the customer service experience completely overshadowed the golf. My group booked a 6:30 a.m. tee time through GolfNow for Sunday, June 7. We arrived early and found no staff on site. Assuming there may have been an error, I checked both GolfNow and the course website. The course website was still advertising 6:30 a.m. tee times, including for the following Sunday, so there was no reason for us to believe our reservation was incorrect. We were not the only group tugging on the doors thinking we could pay for our rounds prior to 7am. When the staff eventually arrived, we were greeted with anything but hospitality. As soon as we mentioned our 6:30 a.m. tee time, one staff member laughed and joked, “Charge them triple.” If the course no longer intends to offer tee times that early, that issue belongs with management—not the customers who booked a time that was publicly available. The first comment from the golf professional was that someone had parked in his parking spot. There was no signage indicating any reserved parking, and it was a strange thing to bring up when welcoming paying customers. The interaction felt unnecessarily negative and set the tone for the rest of the experience. After taking payment, there were no directions regarding cart pickup, the driving range, or even a simple “have a good round.” Every interaction inside the golf shop felt cold and unwelcoming. Ironically, the only genuinely pleasant interaction we had all morning was with a gentleman I assume was the superintendent. He was friendly, professional, and enjoyable to talk with while we waited for the golf shop staff to arrive. As a former PGA professional, I find it disappointing to see customer service handled this way. Growing the game starts with making golfers feel welcome, whether they are members, regulars, or first-time visitors. The course has potential, but for $90+ per round, golfers should expect more than decent conditions—they should also expect basic hospitality. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning. Good news for the golf pro's parking situation... I would stir clear unless you enjoy paying $90+ to feel ostracized.

I have been around this place for over 30 years, but I didn’t grow to appreciate it until about 10 years ago. And let me just say that this place is special. I have always said that if someone could put money into it, it could on the top list of some of the best public courses for South Jersey. With the acquisition several years back, it has improved, but to take it to the next level, would require that much more. As for the slow play. Due to its location, it brings out your everyday hacks, who although may be loyal to it because of its location and price (not for long), unfortunately get defeated by this place as this is not an easy course.
