This past Sunday, my wife surprised me with a round at Running Deer for my birthday, and it couldn’t have been a more perfect gift! The course is absolutely stunning—massive greens, challenging fairways, and beautifully crafted through the woods. The staff was friendly, helpful, and, bonus, Eagles fans, which made the experience even better! I can’t say enough about this course and am already looking forward to playing here again.

I had my wedding here this past weekend and if i could re-do it, i would have my wedding here 1000000 times. Throughout the wedding planning process, Riley and Kate have been a dream team to work with. Always very friendly and quick to answer any questions. My wedding day was perfect and I didn’t have to lift a finger to do a single thing. The cocktail hour food and entree’s were delicious, the staff were all so nice, the venue is beautiful and clean, the waitstaff and bartenders were all so friendly. Also a big thank you to Donna, she was the best wedding concierge and was always there if we needed anything. My day went perfectly and not a single thing went wrong. I wouldn’t change a single thing and I owe that to the whole running deer wedding team! HIGHLY recommend getting married or having an event at Running Deer Golf Club!

Amazing wedding venue..my daughter's ceremony and reception were perfect. The food was outstanding and the staff went well above what we expected. Thank you Donna and Jess for making this day extra special for my daughter.

We had our wedding at Running Deer on May 30th, 2025 and it was absolutely the best day ever!! Besides the venue being absolutely stunning and the food and drink being delicious, it was the people that work here that really sold us on this place. Kaitlyn was my go to girl throughout the entire planning process and she was so helpful and never ever made me feel like I was being annoying or bothering her with all my emails! Haha. The day of we had Jessica & Donna as our coordinators and they made sure everything was set up perfectly for us. I was getting ready at the venue the day of and was so pleasantly surprised when I walked upstairs and everything was set up for me and looking flawless. Running Deer is seriously the best - we would get married there 100 times over.

Came for a special event. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The event hall is very pretty and can hold about 10 round tables with room for dancing. The dinner was average catering food, a little bland in my opinion. There was prime rib, very fatty, bland salmon and a chicken dish. The chocolate dessert table had a great selection of mini pastries and cakes to sample from. It was delicious. The staff was attentive and helpful and kept tables clear. I would recommend this place for special occasions.
