We recently had our wedding here (ceremony and reception) and I can’t say enough about the venue, the staff and just the overall professionalism of this place! Gabrielle and Alison were so responsive and helpful to all our questions leading up to the day! Food and drinks were amazing, and our guests have not stopped raving about it! There was so much that nobody left hungry! Katie our day of concierge was amazing!! She bounced back and forth all day taking care of the groom and groomsmen and also me and all my girls! She made sure we kept on track and made sure we were fed and always had a full drink! She went above and beyond at times I felt and was so sweet and just so great to have! Anything we needed she found a way to get it! I hope any and all future brides and grooms get to enjoy her presence at their event because she made the day feel easy! Would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful place to have their wedding!

We got married at Ramblewood on July 5, 2025 and had the most perfect day! The events team really blew us away and took care of everything so that we could be present and enjoy our day. We initially toured with Gabrielle who was so bubbly and sweet (she ended up being on maternity leave for our wedding). Alison stepped in to coordinate leading up to and on the day of the wedding, and she pulled it all together for us! Katie, the day of concierge, was an absolute rockstar!! She was there for us every step of the way, offering an extra hand to hold my train or bouquet, bringing us water and drinks, making us a plate of all of our hors d’oeuvres, and giving me the sweetest hype up speech before walking down the aisle. I wish that everyone could have a Katie on their wedding day! The venue was beautiful, our guests loved the food, and the chocolate room was so much fun! My husband also loved having the golf simulator room. We were able to bring our decorations the day before which was super helpful, and Alison and the team set everything up for us which was so nice. They were also super accommodating and helped us set up a separate room for our tea ceremony which took place after dinner. Whatever we needed, they went out of their way to make it happen. We couldn’t be happier with choosing Ramblewood for our wedding day!

I had my wedding at Ramblewood on 10/18/25 and everything was so incredibly amazing. I live a little over an hour away from Ramblewood but after touring the venue, seeing how much is included in the cost, and how amazing the staff was it was a no brainer to pick Ramblewood and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. We had 140 guests which felt perfect, but if you have more guests there was plenty of space for more than that too. Gabrielle and Allison were so great to work with throughout the whole planning process. We originally booked in December 2023 and for almost 2 years they answered every email promptly and helped us with our planning so much. Katie, our day of wedding concierge, was so amazing. From taking behind the scenes pictures, to refilling my drinks before they were even empty, to fixing our welcome sign 10 minutes before the ceremony- she was so good at what she did and she made us enjoy our day so much more because she was on top of everything! Words can not express how incredible she was. She is truly an amazing person! She had our timeline down to a science and helped keep all of the guys on track too. Our day would not have been the same without Katie. The day before our wedding we had our rehearsal and Gabrielle and Allison helped run us through everything. They answered all of our questions and made us feel confident going into our ceremony! We also were able to drop off all of our decor during that time as well, and they kept it overnight and set EVERYTHING up for us the next day! I didn’t touch anything the day of the wedding. We got ready at the Aloft hotel down the street in their Suite Suite because we couldn’t get into Ramblewood’s bridal suite until 11 and it ended up working out really well. We went to Ramblewood around 11:30 and Katie brought us champagne and helped us with our dresses and flowers. We did our first look at 1 and then went into pictures and then had our ceremony at 4:30. The timeline was followed perfectly! After the ceremony, Katie handed us our signature drinks and had food from cocktail hour waiting for us in the bridal suite. We were able to join cocktail hour since we did photos beforehand and that was great! The food was amazing and the space was perfect. We actually were asked a few times if some of our cocktail hour stations were “extras” and everyone was shocked about how much was included! We went in for the reception and did introductions, first dances, and then went into dinner. We opted for the buffet style dinner and the food was amazing! We were getting compliments all night about how great the food was and how many options there were. We had gone a few months before the wedding for a complimentary wedding tasting with all of the food which helped with our choices and it was so nice! We were also able to bring our parents. During dinner, Katie had my husband and I go first to get our food and made sure we ate- which was perfect because if not for her we wouldn’t have eaten at all! All of our vendors were amazing and Katie, Allison, and Gabrielle were so great coordinating with them! It was so nice to see everything come to life. I couldn’t even keep track of how many people had told us this was the best wedding they had been to. We are so happy to have been able to celebrate our wedding at Ramblewood!

Ramblewood exceeded our expectations on our wedding day! From our initial consultation with Gabrielle, we felt completely confident in our choice. She answered every question we had and provided incredibly detailed information. Throughout the planning process, Gabrielle and Abigail responded to all of my emails within 24 hours and were always friendly, professional, and accommodating—especially when we made some last-minute menu changes and add-ons. They also kept us on track with helpful reminder emails, making the entire experience truly seamless. Katie was our day-of coordinator, and I honestly don’t have enough words to describe how amazing she was! She kept us perfectly on schedule, worked seamlessly with all of our vendors, and was wonderful not only with us and our bridal party, but also with our guests. Katie made sure my husband and I always knew what was happening. While we were getting ready, she went above and beyond helping with the little ones in our bridal party—bringing them drinks and fries, putting Paw Patrol on the TV, and even getting ketchup out of a white shirt 🫣. She also made sure we always had a drink in hand and got to sample our appetizers and chocolate room. Katie provided valuable input on last-minute details with our vendors and photographer and was an incredible help with having our 5-month-old at the wedding. I truly felt like she was a friend we’d known forever. We didn’t have a rehearsal, and honestly, with Katie and the Ramblewood team, we didn’t need one—they were extremely hands-on. The lobby décor we dropped off was set up perfectly, and they even had our baby’s dress hanging in our suite. The entire team went above and beyond. The bartenders and servers were top-notch! Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the service and the food, especially the filet and crab cakes. I cannot recommend Ramblewood enough!

A year late writing this. But we got married at Ramblewood Country Club on 9/28/2024. A hurricane came through and it rained all day. The staff at Ramblewood went above and beyond to make that day special for us. We still managed to get all our pictures outside that we wanted in between the rain. Katie went above and beyond. She held my entire train of my dress up outside and sat behind me in every single picture so my dress wouldn’t get muddy or wet without even being asked. She made sure mine or my husbands hands were never without a drink. Truly was amazing. People still are talking about the food and just how fun of a time they had a year later! The staff even coordinated golf the day before for my husband and all his groomsmen/friends and couldn’t have been more accommodating. Truly can’t recommend Ramblewood enough for a wedding venue!
