Description

Meadows is a public-friendly course experience that typically emphasizes playability, a comfortable pace, and straightforward strategy. The layout rewards keeping the ball in play and choosing sensible targets into greens, making it a good option for golfers who want a low-stress round. Because the course tends to be approachable, scoring often comes down to execution inside 150 yards—wedge proximity, bunker play, and putting speed control. It’s also a good place to build confidence, since you can play conservatively and still have plenty of looks at par. Many golfers enjoy it as a repeat-round track where improvement shows quickly in fewer penalty strokes and fewer three-putts. If you want simple, enjoyable golf that fits into a normal day, Meadows fits well.

Honestly for 60 cart and greens it’s not a bad course. Could use a little more love but honestly not bad course definitely good value. People saying it’s narrow probably haven’t played there is year or just bad golfers. This course is pretty forgiving on majority of holes.

“I had the pleasure of attending a fundraiser at Meadows Golf Club last Sunday, and it was a truly memorable experience! The course itself is beautifully maintained, offering both a challenge and an enjoyable experience for golfers at all skill levels. The staff was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make everyone feel at home, which added to the warm, community-centered atmosphere. The views around the course are stunning, making each hole feel unique and scenic. It’s clear that Meadows Golf Club puts a lot of heart into creating a great environment for guests and events alike. Highly recommend for a day of golf or any special gathering. Thank you, Meadows Golf Club, for a fantastic day!”

Unplayable. Should not have opened for the season. The entire course is a swamp. I know it’s only April but when you finally hit a perfect drive in the dead center of the fairway and the ball is still in 2 inches of water, there’s a problem. Meadows was always a budget-friendly course but 5/6 hours to play 18 holes of overbooked swamp is unacceptable. Everything is in horrible shape: tee boxes, greens, even the carts have shredded seats, foggy windshields and the zippers on the rear canvas must’ve been washed away in the latest mild drizzle. But at least there’s always loud lawn mowers paving the mud on every hole kicking up right in the middle of your backswing. Save your money.

The price is insane for what you get. $80 for a dog track of a course, for $10 more you could play a Crystal springs course. I remember last year it was just $60 to play and. Even then it was high! Earlier this season, I could have absolutely justified spending $70 or so for the course. It was in great shape, but what the hell happened the last 6 weeks that you guys just destroyed the course? The fairways are barely even dirt it’s down to rock. And the tee boxes you may as well bring a turf mat to hit on. Absolutely ludicrous to spend that amount of money. And the pace of play is still a massive problem. Rangers need to step up and get guys moving on. The greenskeeper and crew need to do some serious overhaul this off season. It’s an absolute JOKE to be making golfers pay these prices when you can’t afford to maintain the course. I truly thought the course was finally on the upward trajectory the beginning of the season, and it did a complete 180.

I wouldn't pay attention to older reviews of the course because it is clear the course is on the upswing and is well worth the value. The course was in good condition after heavy rain the night before and the greens were in great shape. They could use a reseeding of some areas of the rough and I'm sure if they invest in an additional proactive grounds keeper they would see the course turn from a good course to a great one. The new course layout is not updated on most locations which is something to be aware of. Would absolutely return to this course.
