Galloping Hill’s Learning Center 9 is designed as a development loop—shorter holes that let you practice scoring and build confidence without a full championship-course commitment. It’s ideal for beginners, juniors, and anyone working on wedges, short irons, and putting under real playing conditions. Because it’s a true on-course experience (not just a range session), you get repetition with consequences: distances, lies, and pressure putts that actually count. It’s also a great warm-up before tackling the regulation course, especially if you want to sharpen distance control and tempo. The vibe is typically relaxed and training-oriented, making it easy to bring friends who are new to golf. If you’re trying to improve faster, a loop here often translates directly to better scores on full-length courses.

Maybe good for kids but the old grumpy pro went off on me for stealing his balls for lessons except I bought a bucket, but he wouldn’t stop yelling to hear that. Horrible conditions as well. Don’t waste your time.

Great facility to practice. Love the chipping and pitching area. Wonderful staff. Just wish the putting green had real holes instead of flags, but understand why.

The mats are horrible. For the amount of clients they have, they can at least upgrade the driv8ng range to something that won't tear your elbows

Range is good, but the golf balls are varying in condition with some being horrible. There are a good number of mats, some with shade, and also a second floor.

The place is nice and clean and typical driving range, but there is an older gentlemen in the front desk that is just probably the rudest person. Way to make people feel welcome and make golf a sport for the masses! If you ask one question he will make you feel like you're stupid for asking. I know I'm not the only because I've seen other reviews.
