It is hard to put into words how grateful I am for the Beaver Brook team. I had my wedding here on 10/4/24 and it was an amazing day. Their special events manager, Deb, is truly an angel from the wedding gods. She was so responsive and communicative and was so patient with me as I asked her a million questions during the 18 months leading up to the wedding. She is so light hearted and fun and made the whole process so much less stressful for me. She is exceptional at what she does and deserves all the praise in the world. My bridal attendant Trinity was fabulous and so helpful on the day of the wedding. The entire Beaver Brook team was so meticulous, kind and efficient. There were a few hiccups with some of my vendors and the BB team stepped in to handle it and were so helpful in alleviating the situation which meant so much to me. Our guests raved about the food and drinks, everyone loved it! The venue itself is beautiful with views of the mountains which made for a gorgeous backdrop. I loved how flexible they were with everything and how we were the only wedding there that day. Also compared to other venues they are very affordable. Overall I’m so happy I had my wedding here and wouldn’t change anything!

We have now had 2 events at Beaver Brook and both were perfect. Elaine was so helpful and very easy to work with. She accommodated every request I had to assure my daughters baby shower was exactly what we envisioned. The venue is beautiful, as is the view. The food was delicious and the staff was exceptional. I highly recommend!!

I held a 90th Anniversary Luncheon here for a service organization and had 120 attendees. The Beaver Brook special events manager and her team were very helpful. She answered all my questions and helped me plan the menu with several menu options available to satisfy various meal preferences. The food was delicious and to my surprise, included fresh peas. Everyone enjoyed their meal. The room was set-up to meet my specifications, including a head table and a US Flag. I was very pleased with their service, attention to detail and timely serving of the meal to everyone. The fact that it was a clear and sunny Saturday helped to add to a delightful occasion. I was very honored and proud to have hosted the occasion in such a wonderful atmosphere. There is plenty of parking available to handle any size crowd. I also brought my niece and her husband here for Brunch one Sunday. Her husband ordered food like it was going out of style and was blown away by the size of the portions of the food that he received. We were all very pleased with our food. The hot food was nice and hot and fresh. And the cold food was nice and cold. We had a great time and were very satisfied.

We took a tour this morning for our wedding next year. Absolutely gorgeous. The photos on Google weren't the best to showcase the space and view's. So I took as many as possible to show off this elegant venue.

My friend celebrated her wedding here and we had a very wonderful day celebrating! Deb the event coordinator went above and beyond to make sure our party was well cared for the whole night. Every staff member was friendly and professional. Also wow the views were spectacular for this early fall event.
