NOT A FAMILY FRIENDLY PLACE AT ALL!!! My husband called and scheduled a time and let them know upfront we were bringing our teen daughters who have never played before. I have never played either. He was never told that they are not beginner friendly. We took longer than we were supposed to on the first hole which we will take full responsibility for. We are not avid golfers and do not know all the ins and outs. We did not know that 3 of us were supposed to start at one hole and the other 2 were supposed to go to the next one. The old ladies behind us complained and the owner drove down and talked down to all of us including my daughters, making them very uncomfortable. He told us “this is a country club, you guys should be at a golfing range, you are holding everybody up, this is not a place for you to teach them golfing, you can go over to Hidden Creek in Litchfield”. My husband said okay fine we’ll leave and take a refund. The owner then told us to let the next group go and then we could resume. The two ladies that complained pulled right up beside us, got out and one of them said loudly and rudely, to make sure we heard “Now we have to rush”. At that point, I was done and so were my daughters. The tone of the owner was as if we were beneath him. I’m sorry but the grounds were not impressive and the country club wasn’t’ either so not sure why he thinks he is better than anyone else. We thought this would be a nice family outing right in the town we live. The girls were excited to try actual golfing (not the golfing range which we’ve already done before) for the first time and the customer service and experience SUCKED!!!! I work as a nurse in a healthcare customer service position & I would never treat someone’s family like that. Anyway, we left and were refused a refund but given a rain check. I will NEVER step foot on that course again and if anyone I know asks, I will make sure my friends and family don’t waste their money there. $190 down the drain!

Used to be decent- no longer the case . Course in rough shape. And for some reason they act like they are a premier golf club- they charge full rates and have strict rules. Meanwhile the carts are 35 years old, half the greens are bumpy, and their clubhouse is pretty bad.

Extremely strict policies such as no coolers or drinks other then water, must be 21 or over to operate carts, no sharing clubs, and no ride alongs. Also poor course quality

Beautiful course...stopped at the pro shop, quick, professional friendly service.

This one for me was right down the middle. The conditions were not great but the ease of obtaining a tee time coupled with the price helped to asset that. This is a good place to go to practice and or get a round on when you cant seem to find a tee time anywhere else. I also think this is a decent place to go if you are new to golf as its generally not crowded and has a relaxed feel. 8/10 walkability score
