Course looks amazing after the renovation. More open with large rolling greens that offer numerous challenging pin placements. Pemi Burger Bar looks awesome inside… restaurant should open soon; can’t wait to enjoy a cold beverage on the patio!

Had a great round on Friday morning, played 18 as a single and got paired up with two members and another guest. The members were great and very helpful navigating the course and giving me a history lesson. The course is in great shape for having being newly renovated. There are a few patchy greens on the back nine but this is the first season and it will only get better.

They did a good job rehabbing the old White Mountain Country Club! The greens that are fully healed and healthy roll great. One minor issue is with grounds crew and cart person golf etiquette!

Golfed 9 holes today and the course is in good shape. However, be sure to bring your GPS yardage indicator since there are no yardage markers on the entire front nine. I talking no white stakes, no red stakes, and no sprinkler heads nothing. This wouldn’t be bad if the carts had GPS but they do not. Big grand opening tomorrow so be prepared.

Owls Nest at the Vineyard: Ashland NH The Pemi Burger Bar the atmosphere, the decor, affordability, waitstaff, food, menu, are simply wonderful. Thank you Kevin and Justin. The golf prices are acceptable and a pleasant experience at the Pro Shop was had. Plus being an owner at Cold Spring Resort there’s a discount for the golf tee times. I am pleased. Folks there’s lots of fun here for a family vacation.
