It was everything I was hoping for in my first Vegas area golf experience. I had originally thought of playing closer to the strip but I'm glad I changed my mind. Everyone was fantastic from the clubhouse to the course. Very nice warmup area with grass tees. Course was in awesome shape despite early January and a brief frost delay. Rental club set was high quality, complete and in fine condition. Breathtaking views, and great balance of challenge and playability on the layout. Had a fantastic time, excellent value. Thank you Siena Club team, hope to come play again!

I live near this course and have golfed here for many years. Rates have recently gone up, I get that and I understand new owners bought the place. What's strange is that some parts of the course have improved while others have strangely gone down hill. For example, the very first hole. It was beautiful until recently. Now the waterfalls haven't worked in 6 months, overgrown weeds and unkempt plants are blocking the view of the lakes along the fairway, the lakes are turning green with algae... It doesn't compute because other parts of the course have improved. Maybe they have plans they haven't shared. But when you approach the first hole with first-timers, they are impressed...until their second shot. Sure hope Siena continues to improve the course. The location is great and the views can be pretty darn nice. And the food and drinks at the restaurant are good and reasonable. If they up their game, this is a 5-star course IMO.

I want to start by saying we’ve genuinely enjoyed coming here over the years. The course itself is always a good time, and the greens were in great shape during our visit. That said, our most recent experience was extremely disappointing. My father-in-law, who is 70 years old and has been a local since 2018, forgot his physical ID. We even had a copy of his ID available, but Todd, the Director, was unwilling to offer any assistance, flexibility, or accommodation. I understand that businesses have policies to follow, and I respect that. However, in a hospitality environment, there should still be a balance between enforcing rules and providing thoughtful customer service. What made it even more frustrating was hearing a similar interaction with another local behind us. Thankfully, that person ended up having their ID in the cart, but the interaction still felt very rigid and lacking in customer care. Because of this, what should have been a $135 local rate ended up being $270 for my father-in-law. That is a big difference, especially for someone who has supported this property as a local for years. I do want to acknowledge James, another employee, who was apologetic and helped ease the situation after Todd left. I don’t typically write negative reviews, and I want to be fair: the golf experience itself was enjoyable, and the course conditions were great. But the way this situation was handled left a bad impression on us all. Our regular group of four has played here often, but after this experience, we’ll be taking our business elsewhere moving forward.

Let me start with I have owned a business for 23 years and have never seen this level of disrespect before. Being treated like garbage as customers of these Golf courses has made it so we/I will never come back to Siena or Arroyo Golf Course. I am the Tour Director for Golfweek Amateur Tour and these courses are run by one organization and their Sales & Director of Tournaments is Chandler Gale. I also had the pleasure of speaking with Doug Chalmers General Manager | Director of Sales and Marketing. I set up my event for our AM Tour 9 months ago and they were charging us almost double what they charge locals, which we are! When discussing this they effectively both stated that we are being charged more because we booked so far in advance versus closer to the time of the event. Chandler even chuckled about it once I said that makes no sense when we have worked with you before and how this should help your company as you prepared for your 2026 budget. So they reduced it from $190 to $135 which was still $20 more than their public rate. Then their inside voice came out and stated the following: We don’t need your business we are getting more on our “rack” rate from out of towners. Our new owner wants us to charge more. At one point we had an odd number of players. I advised them the likelihood is we will fill the remaining 2-3 spots. I was then advised they would fill the remaining spots with public play. I have never seen this as a Tour Director! Also it does not state this anywhere on the contracts. This level of bullying was unacceptable. It was then I was told “we don’t need you! We can get more money from out of towners. They forced us to pay for the remaining spots if we don’t want public play added with our players. This is and was unacceptable and quite frankly better places to play but with 2 weeks before the event really was forced to pay. The day of the event this “demanding” course was not in great shape here are pictures and the tee boxes that all looked rough and bunkers that all had gravel in them and drainage in some cases exposed. Visitors they charge you upwards to double what we pay demand better. Locals do not fall victim to golf courses that have forgotten that we matter. Remember they really don’t need our business!!! Here are some of the complaints and statements said to our members between both Tournaments held there 1. The Marshall before the event had even started said he hates tournaments because “you guys are always late and slow.”(Siena) 2. The Marshal said to one member that they needed to pick up the pace after the FIRST HOLE it took them 9 mins to play it. (Arroyo) 3. They wouldn’t allow us to set up a table inside becsuse they were too busy. (See pic when we finished) And if our players want food afterwards they were not prepared to handle that and we need to sit outside. (Siena) 4. Told by Marshall’s to our players that we will follow you all day to push your pace. (Siena) This is NOT customer service! This is constant harassment when we paid just as much as anyone else to be there. (more in some cases) Golf and Tournament Golf are fun and should be allowed to enjoy the facilities and the course like any other patron.

Great desert course with challenging greens to read. Locals will tell you there’s a strong pull of putts towards the strip that’s down below the course elevation. Just got to believe it! Staff is very nice and everything I’ve tried at their restaurant has been great.
