The course is easy to navigate, with clear routing from one hole to the next, making for a smooth and enjoyable round. The beverage cart attendant is always a great addition to the experience, and the starter is knowledgeable, experienced, and helps keep play organized from the first tee. The course marshals are courteous and understanding of the pace of play while doing a great job keeping everyone moving. The pro shop is well stocked, and the staff is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Whether I’m out practicing on the range or playing a full round, it’s consistently a great experience. If you’re looking for a fun, well-maintained course with outstanding customer service and a relaxed atmosphere, Desert Willow is an excellent choice. It’s always a good time here, and I look forward to coming back.

I recently visited this restaurant and, although it is not my first time here, whether for golf or dining, this experience was unfortunately very disappointing. I am giving two stars based on the aspects of the establishment I have enjoyed during previous visits. However, if I were rating solely on cleanliness during this visit, I would have given zero stars. The primary issue was the condition of the women’s restroom. Before being seated, I went to wash my hands and found the restroom to be extremely unclean and poorly maintained. The level of cleanliness was unacceptable and significantly impacted my dining experience, to the point that it diminished my appetite. I hope management addresses these concerns, as the facility has provided enjoyable experiences in the past and has the potential to do so again.

Nicely maintained course. The fairways could be better, but the greens were awesome. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I was put into a threesome of nice people. This is a short course, all par 3s and 4s. Busy, but the pace was good. We rarely had to wait, and there were usually nobody waiting behind us. For the price,this is the best course in the area.

We had a very disappointing experience at this golf course during our recent vacation. Our group booked a tee time for 18 holes and rented clubs, but we were never informed that the course closed at 6:30 PM. As a result, we were only able to complete 10 holes before being told to leave the course. Additionally, we paid for 7 sets of rental clubs but were only provided with 5. When we returned to the clubhouse to address the issue, it was already closed, and no staff were available to assist us. We later found that we were not refunded for the missing rental sets either. Had we been properly informed about the early closing time, we would have gladly booked a 9-hole round instead. The lack of communication, combined with the inability to resolve issues and the unhelpful, dismissive attitude we encountered, made this a very frustrating experience. Overall, this felt unprofessional and poorly managed. I would strongly recommend better communication and customer service improvements to prevent situations like this in the future.

just now New Absolutely the worst under promised golf course I have ever experienced. Nothing was communicated, horrible customer service. Communicated 2 times over the phone to ask for 7 set of clubs for our group. Showed up 15 minutes before tee times. They only had 5 sets of clubs for our group. Maintained charging 7, and also did not care about refunding. We let it go. Then pulled us off course after 1.5 hours with 18 holes. We asked about our group before teeing off, and the front desk stated we will be ok and David the course marshal brought us in with no conversation after playing a clean round. 3 over par at 10 holes. Absolutely disgusted by their lack of care. It was clear they did not care about the customer experience. Course was also underrated. Rentals clubs were not what was discussed over the phone. Terrible dented pro tour clubs. Definitely would not advise booking a teatime of any sort with this course. This is the first negative review I’ve ever wanted to do in 10 years…..
