My partner and I have lived here for about 2 years so far. When we moved in, we were not expecting an older model decided meh its ok. Review on the unit itself: The cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom are pretty warn down. Wood is falling apart and we've had to push the nails back into place. The windows do leak during the winter and after the snow starts to melt. Really hoping that if there is any damage from that, we wont be charged for it. Seems to be an issue with other units as well. Environment: overall love. We enjoy going on walks around the complex and around the golf course! The only issue I have is the amount of trash people leave and the dog waste. Mind you, there are PLEANTY of dog waste bins, but people living here don't pick it up. Its a people problem, but it would be nice if there was more effort in cleaning it up a couple times a year. Would love to walk around barefoot in the grass but can't due to the amount of dog waste there is. People are nice in my building, but I have heard plenty of stories of other buildings having issues with tenants. Maintenance: we have had Maintenance show up quickly for any issues. We did have a scary incident where our heater was not turning off (we were away at a family christmas). We came home to an apartment that was 98 degrees. I lost alot of plants and luckily my cat was ok, but It was a scary situation. Maintenance came and fixed the issue that same day within an hour. We honestly haven't needed to contact management for anything, but we do get emails back fairly quick. Lastly, if rent does go up higher We do plan on looking elsewhere. There have been no upgrades to our building or unit, people are constantly moving in and out quickly. They are offering 2 months free to new residents. It would be nice to not only satisfy new people but the people who are still here wanting to continue their lease.

Great amenities including the golf course. Maintenance try’s to cover all issues but there are cases where outside contractors are needed which isn’t done. Property management needs improvement as to the garbage and dog feces that is everywhere. Going on six years here and I have an issue with the new two months free for new residents while the long term get nothing 🤔

The apartments themselves were good, clean, and well maintained. The staff on the other hand was not as great. I can’t speak for all staff but Haley seemed very unhappy with our tour. There was an older man who lived there that waited longer than us and we waited for 20 minutes, after she already rescheduled our tour. For us, we felt the current resident should’ve been helped first. Haley didn’t even say hello to us. She grabbed papers and then we went on our way. Told us nothing about the apartments and just stood at the door waiting for us to leave. Really just felt impersonal and quick to push for business.

Overall a pleasant place to live. Rent is affordable; within market rates. Maintenance is fast and problems are solved on the first try. Noise has never been a problem during quiet hours. Overall, recommend living here.

Pleasant experience. Honestly prices were lower than a lot of other equivalent places around lincoln. Could use some tree care, cleaning off back stairs when it snows/ices, and wish they would put salt or sand down in the parking lot when it snows because it just gets compacted down. Walls seems to be pretty thick barely hear any of my neighbors. In unit wash/dryer was a huge plus. Pool is great in the summer. Maintenance was always quick to respond. Would recommend to live there to other people.
