The staff are friendly and I'm surprised that I can enjoy a course in this condition at this price.

As a member of this course, I was very disappointed with their customer service today. I play golf here multiple times a week and because of a recent injury, I was going to ride along and watch my husband play today instead of playing myself. The desk workers insisted I pay a $25 spectator fee to ride along in his cart (that only had him riding in it to begin with). I would expect them to be more courteous and accommodating considering I would have only paid a capital improvement fee to play golf if I was not injured. I am very dissatisfied and will not be renewing my membership next year.

Highlands is an extreamly fun track. The course is well kept. There are some areas of the course which are huge birdie oppritunities. The staff is helpful and cheery. There is some great instructors out at highlands. There is a tee box for all levels of golf. If it is windy and im talking about anything above 13 MPH highlands becomes a very difficult course. There is an airport to the side of the course which depending on who you are may be a bonus or a disadvantage. Love this course and keep coming back.

had to pay extra for whatever reason. and backed up for 7/9 first holes

Had a 2 man 5:20 tee time for 9 holes it was so backed up that we didn’t even finish the round. IN 3+ hours we couldn’t even finish….. something has to change at this course it’s ALWAYS back up but never this bad and the kicker is they have Marshalls out there but they do nothing.
