Atkinson-Stuart is a tidy nine set amid north-central Nebraska farmland, with dual tees that create variety for 18-hole play. Tree-lined corridors keep lines honest but never feel cramped, and small greens reward controlled wedges. The course has a relaxed, member-run feel and is a pleasant walk. It's a good tune-up for regional events or a casual family outing. Quiet, modest, and exactly the kind of course that anchors a rural golf community.

We camped at the park on our way home for SD and it was extremely nice, quiet and peaceful. Some of the best sleep I've gotten in awhile. We talked to a couple local farmers while the kids played at the park and everyone was very friendly.
