My family and I have been proud members of Westborough Country Club for the past decade, and our experience has been exceptional in every respect. The Club consistently demonstrates a commitment to excellence — from the impeccable condition of the golf course to the high standards of service and hospitality maintained by its staff.

I had a deeply disappointing experience at Westborough Country Club. To start, the atmosphere was unwelcoming and left me feeling out of place not because of the setting, but because of how I was treated. There were clear undertones of racism in how certain guests (including myself and others) were spoken to and treated by staff, especially when compared to how they interacted with others. It was uncomfortable and incredibly disheartening. On top of that, the food was subpar at best. For the prices they charge, I expected at least decent quality, but it tasted bland and poorly prepared. The bartender also had an attitude and made me feel like I was bothering them just by ordering a drink. It was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had in a long time. The bar tender named was Ann, was disrespectful and disgusting as a person. Overall, I left feeling disrespected and disappointed. I expected professionalism and hospitality what I got instead was a reminder of why some places still have a long way to go. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a respectful, inclusive environment or quality service.

I visited Westborough Country Club for the first time this morning and had an awkward experience. While taking videos of the putting green and clubhouse, a staff member immediately asked me to follow her to the Director of Golf's office, where I was demanded to delete the videos and even my Google Map screenshot. Having played golf for 40 years and visited many private clubs, this was the first time I encountered such unfriendly treatment. If you plan to visit, be cautious; the staff is not welcoming. This experience left a very negative impression.

Great atmosphere....the club is very family friendly from the clubhouse and pool to the golf course. The staff is friendly and always attentive to your needs. My kids love the pool in the summertime and the fitness center is a big plus. The food has always been very good. My guests have also been impressed with their experience time and time again.

I absolutely love this place. Every single employee is kind and makes you feel right at home any and every time you show up. The golf course is absolutely stunning and definitely a challenge, but the golf pros are always available for any questions regarding the course. The facilities are kept clean and are renovated often. This is a place I would definitely host a party or event, as well as spend a weekend day golfing with family and friends. Definitely recommend this place to everyone!
