We only played the par 3 course and it was fun. It is not a difficult course but does have a couple of challenging holes. I only carried my 6,8,PW and putter. They had rain recently so the course was green and well maintained as far as turf goes on the fairway and greens. The bad part is that a lot of Canada geese apparently call it home and I believe the greens are their toilets. If not for that I would have rated this course a 5.

Excellent course with a lot of character. The rolling hills and fast greens make the course challenging but fun. Price is great and the clubhouse looks new. First time here but I'll definitely be back and play it twice next time!

Heart of America is definitely a course designed for learning golfers. The course is short in distance but present some nice challenges. The greens are always in good shape, and generally the course is well maintained. In my experience, the tee boxes are their biggest weakness but most golfers will settle with that being the shortcoming since you tee it up most of the time anyway. Rounds can be slow at times due to newer golfers and the course being short. As long as you're a little patient, you can have a good time here. Nice to have a course in town with a low barrier for entry for new golfers!

The staff is amazing and the place is beautiful. The gease can be a bit much but all in all it's the best place for any handicap to refine their game. Speaking of handicap, I saw they have the wheelchair play assist chair. The price for lessons is nicely affordable with knowledgeable pro's. With some of the best prices I've seen and the nicest people that I could come across I chose HOA for my club membership. I'm excited to explore my golf journey with Heart of America as my Facility.

We went out to find the driving range closed for maintenance so my gf and I played the 9 hole par 3 with a cart. It was the perfect solution! Check out the par 3 and take a friend it's fun. There's flat holes and on one hole you tee off from the side of a bluff. All well manicured greens that roll smooth.
