The golf course overall is in a very good condition.   Generally speaking, it's a fairly wide open course out in the middle of the country. It's a very nice layout. The tee boxes are small and show wear. The fairways and greens are immaculate. They are well taken care of.  The rough is thick and very penal. The undersized sand traps could use some work. Given the fact that the golf course is set out in the country, the ambience is rather sterile compared to some of the other golf courses around the lake. A bit pricey for what you pay, but lower cost compared to the other golf courses around the lake area. I'd play here again.

Very nice course,very playable greens are in great shape as is the whole course if you're in the area this is a must play!

We have nicknamed “Golf Heaven” love this course and play it every time we are at the Lake.

Bogey's restaurant one of my favorite places to go good food good people good times. Try the specials always something new and tasty. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the patio.

First time playing this course on 5/3/2026. Staff is nice, course is well manicured, the layout is challenging, but not overly difficult. Tee boxes and fairways are in good shape and most of the greens are excellent. The bunkers need some work to make them actually playable (the sand was so hard and compacted that we pulled out of the bunkers). Some of the greens appear to have weeds and/or some kind of fungus. Hopefully, the greenskeepers get on top of this before it really becomes an issue. It would be a shame if management let this happen because it really is a wonderful course and overall, is in fantastic shape!
