Beautiful little golf course. Very well kept and has some challenging holes that can really help improve your game. This has become my go to spot the last 6 months and I'm proud to be a regular here. Well done guys!! Keep up the great work you all are doing to make this course great again and thank you for all you guys do!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This apartment complex is completely uninhabitable and unsafe. Management has shown time and time again that they are either unwilling or unable to protect their tenants or respond appropriately to serious concerns. I’ve had multiple experiences where I felt unsafe in my own home due to disturbing behavior from neighbors, several of which required police involvement. Despite this, nothing has been done to prevent non-leaseholders from continuing to live here or creating dangerous, disruptive environments for others. Management has offered no real solutions to remove me from this situation—even after one of my neighbors was arrested. I was initially told by the on-site manager that a month-to-month lease could be arranged for my safety. Days later, she claimed corporate denied the request, and since then, has refused to respond to my messages altogether. I am still trapped in this unsafe situation, and management has made it abundantly clear they do not care. To make matters worse, they utilize an “auto-renewal” clause in their lease, which is incredibly predatory. Before my lease ended, I reached out to discuss switching to a month-to-month agreement, and before I could even come to a decision, they renewed me for another full year—without any formal conversation or agreement. I caution anyone considering this complex to read the fine print very carefully. And if you’re wondering about the actual living conditions? Trash is constantly overflowing throughout the property. Despite sending quarterly inspection notices, in over two years of living here I’ve never seen a single inspection take place. Maintenance is a joke—I submitted an urgent request about a toilet that wouldn’t stop running (even after shutting off the water valve), and it took them 10 days to enter my apartment, completely unannounced and without notice. As a young woman living alone and fresh out of college, I cannot stress this enough: stay far away from this place. It is not safe, it is not clean, and the people in charge will not help you when you need it most.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Not only did living here ruin my rental history but one of their employees somehow got ahold of my info and was threatening me. They fired him but chose not to help me in any way. They never keep up to date on these apartments and if you put in maintenance requests they ignore them for months. Also, the head of maintenance is married to the manager and they both like to bully and tell people they are liars when they call and tell them about broken things in their home. The staff in the office never knows how to help with anything over the phone and constantly says they will call you back but never do! Not to mention the black mold that is constantly growing on the windows that they refuse to fix besides tell you to wipe your windows. All of these apartments are trash and over priced. My carpets weren't even attached to the floor. I got charged $2000 bc of their lack of maintenance and ignorance. DO NOT LIVE HERE

If I could leave negative starts I would. The places look nice but SO much crime. My apartment was broken into when I wasn’t home and someone took everything I had of value and sentiment. The Links did nothing to cooperate with police or me to figure it out. They also attempted to evict me after I had already left, we had to go to court over everything and they still haven’t let up the charges that should’ve been dismissed in court so now it’s affected my credit! I absolutely loved my experience living at the Links. I signed a 12 month lease but had to leave after 9 months due to a job change. The best feature is the price, as I paid less than $600/month for a one-bedroom apartment. Another great perk is the ability to golf any time for free, as well as the use of the pool and gym. The staff and leasing agents are great. I've spoke with several of the leasing agents/office clerks and they've all been very nice and helpful every time. I put in a maintenance request once for a small leak with my washer, and when I came back from work the next day they had installed a brand new one, no questions asked. I haven't had to put in a maintenance request for any other reason in my 9 months here. I loved my time here and I will certainly miss it. I truly don't have a bad thing to say about the Links. Keep up the great work!
