Stayed overnight as a member of Harvest Host twice while traveling. As a golfer, I collect ball markers of the different courses. Flea and Michelle were fantastic hosts and made extra effort to locate a marker for me even though it was end of season.

The reviews doesn't do this place any justice. First of all, the staff was very friendly. The golf course itself was very well kept, greens were in great shape, and the natural beauty of the area will keep my son and I coming back on the regular. Did I mention the value, what a hidden gem.

My first time playing this course. Friendly staff. Great price, but bring cash (there is an ATM in the clubhouse). Most of the greens are domed; all are fast. Hills. Yardage markers are fairway disks that are hard to find (posts would be better, IMHO). All-in-all a great course to play; challenging for casual players.

My son and I have recently started playing. We heard this was a good course for beginners. We have played the back 9 holes a few times and played the whole 18 holes our last trip. We like the course and the staff have been super nice every time we've been.

A fun executive-length course that is well maintained. No, you won't find fine wine and grilled salmon at the clubhouse. But you will find friendly staff (who make a conscious effort to remember the names of even semi-regulars), low priced drinks, snacks and golf gear, along with a fairly well kept property and inexpensive rounds of golf. (NOTE: At present they are cash only; but there is an ATM on property.) And there is none of the hoity toity, hoi poloi nonsense that comes with many courses. Members, non-members and people of all ethnicities and economic backgrounds are treated with the same level of respect. Is it world class? No. But for a course stuck out in the woods in south Mississippi, it's a fine place to get a round in. Well worth giving a shot.
