I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Heidi and the entire Stonebrooke staff. I was a 2026 bride, and even though our ceremony took place in St. Paul—over 45 minutes away—I would choose Stonebrooke again in a heartbeat. The venue is absolutely stunning. The golf course is immaculately maintained; my husband even golfed there the week before our wedding and loved it. The large windows throughout the venue let in an incredible amount of natural light, making every photo feel as though it were taken in a garden. Looking back, one detail I didn’t fully appreciate at the time—but truly value now—is the variety of spaces within the clubhouse. The elevated level with additional tables, the bar that’s connected yet still feels slightly separate, and the overall layout added depth and interest to the reception space. Our guests especially loved the patio, which became a popular spot for stepping outside to chat, relax, or take a break from dancing. The staff was absolutely incredible. Heidi was so helpful and patient, answering countless questions and always being available when something urgent came up. The rest of the team was just as amazing. They assisted our families with teardown at the end of the night, and anytime something came up, any staff member was quick to help. Our other vendors also had nothing but positive things to say—they were professional, organized, and always willing to lend a hand, whether it was bringing in flowers or helping with setup. Stonebrooke truly exceeded our expectations in every way.

What an incredible venue and experience! The venue coordinator Heidi was amazing and everything you would want! My husband and I got married there in April of 2025. We were really struggling to find a venue that had more of an "all inclusive" experience but didn't break the bank. Stonebooke was just that! It has the elements of a country club but with way more character. Our wedding was about 80 people and though more guests could certainly fit, it was perfect for us! The food was amazing, the staff was amazing, and the day ran so smoothly! The getting ready spaces were perfect for the ladies and gents as well. But back to Heidi! She answered all of my crazy questions and was along for the ride as my "type A" personality was in full swing! I do want to mention that she is a one-woman-show so in peak wedding season when she has a lot of weddings she is coordinating, it can take a little extra time for her to respond. That being said, when it is close to being your time, you definitely feel like the priority. She was willing to flex and accommodate the grooms many allergies and some other tweaks we asked for! I cannot express how smoothly the day went and that was in no small part thanks to Heidi and the staff at Stonebrooke. If I had to express one complaint, it would be that we had golfers coming in to the pro shop to presumably "check out" during our indoor ceremony which we were told wouldn't happen. Our ceremony was so quick and the rest was amazing, so it was easy to overlook. Highly recommend the folks at Stonebrooke for your next event!

I 100% recommend Stonebrooke for your wedding reception! From the beginning to the end we had an amazing experience. Heidi was a dream to work with, as she was so reliable, sweet, and always on it. Thanks to her everything ran smoothly the day of the wedding, and she even set up all of our decor. The indoor and outdoor spaces are both very beautiful, which provided various great photo opportunities. To top it off, the price is also extremely competitive compared to the other venues in the area. All in all, this is a fantastic reception option and I'm confident you will be very happy with your choice!

Heidi and the staff were amazing throughout the whole wedding process. Heidi was the reason why we chose Stonebrooke after looking at other venues ! 5 stars for everything and recommend to ANYONE.

We got married here in October and had the best day! Stonebrooke Golf Club was an amazing place to have our wedding, and we were lucky with the best weather to be able to use all the beautiful outdoor spaces! The venue itself is gorgeous, and the food and drink options were terrific. We also loved working with Heidi, the event director, and she made the whole planning process for the day so easy. She was so flexible with everything we wanted to do with our day which made the wedding planning less stressful. And she was able to take on a lot of the work, like setting up decor and keeping our day flowing from ceremony to cocktail hour to dinner. I would highly recommend this venue for a wedding!
