Overall this course great. It is a forgiving scoreable course. I went early season so greens were slow. Fairways in good condition with some very wet areas, no fault to the grounds crew. I'm sure once we get a solid few weeks of warm weather that will clear up in no time. Pace was decent, we had a short back up but nothing got out of hand wait wise. Most holes you could go a bit left or right and get up and down, a few holes were narrow and less forgiving. Enough trouble to keep you honest, but this is a course you could go on the lower side of your handicap. Carts I would say surprised me with how nice they were. GPS, comfy seats, accurate distance from what I gathered. Didn't eat or drink so can't speak to that. Has a range and practice greens, normal quality. 40 balls per token.

We couldn't say enough wonderful things about John and his event team at Oak Marsh. We had our wedding here in the fall and it was everything we imagined. John was so much fun and easy to communicate with. We stayed in touch all year as various questions came up. The food & beverage tasting was an adventure (and SO delicious)! All of the dinner tables were perfectly set up with linens, all dishes, napkins, and we were able get in the day before to place our centerpieces and other decor. We were lucky with the weather to have the ceremony in the gorgeous outdoor setting, but there is an indoor option that has little twinkle lights on the ceiling. We are so happy that this was our venue! John is the BEST!

10/23/25 5:30pm. We were in an event center room and the size was perfect for the group size. Self-contained with bar, small buffet and small coat closet and restrooms right there in that room you don't even have to leave. Easy to get to just to the right of the main entrance. Quiet and no external sounds to disturb you like some event rooms are.

Good fun layout. Turf conditions in fairways were poor but the Rough has grown in. Fairways have not. Greens were punched. Bumpy. Course needs another month of sun and warmth to let grass grow. Range was basically hitting off dirt. They needed to move the rope back to where there was actually decent grass.

Great course with a great staff! Well maintained, pride in ownership really shows. Good food, nice pro shop! We attend multiple events each year & they always do a great job managing the events.
