The course was fine especially for the money. The lay out is relatively challenging from the tips and the environment is pretty. However, I got the first tee time to purposefully have a quick round and enjoy the course at my pace. Walking, I waited 7 or 8 times for several minutes at a time because the greens keepers were still mowing and rolling and the guys driving the blower around had 0 consideration for me. Literally driving within 10ft of me while I was swinging.

Course was in great shape. Best greens I've played all year. Table top smooth. Staff was great! Cant wait to go back there with a group of guys

I have been playing North Links for several years. Mike and his staff are very friendly and helpful. The course is fun to play and the greens challenging. We recently held our family golf tournament at North Links. The staff was awesome. I would highly recommend playing here. But remember to stay below the hole on the greens!!! :-)

This place is horrendous, I honestly don’t even know where to begin with North Links—this was easily one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had at a golf course. From start to finish, it felt like absolutely no one there cared about customer service, professionalism, or even basic courtesy. First off, trying to book a tee time on their website was a complete nightmare. It looks like it hasn’t been updated in years, constantly glitches, and half the links don’t even work. I had to refresh the page multiple times just to get anything to load, and even then it gave me incorrect availability. For a place that expects people to plan ahead, having such a terrible website is unacceptable. When I finally got to the course, things didn’t get any better. The staff was unbelievably rude and dismissive, like I was inconveniencing them just by being there. Simple questions were met with attitude, and it felt like no one wanted to help or even do their job. There was zero sense of hospitality—just cold, unprofessional behavior that completely ruined the vibe. The overall organization was a mess too. Tee times were backed up with no explanation, and no one bothered to communicate what was going on. We were left standing around waiting while staff ignored us. It’s honestly shocking how poorly things are managed here. For the prices they charge, you’d expect at least a decent level of service and a functioning booking system—but North Links fails on both fronts. Between the awful customer service and the useless website, this place is not worth your time or money. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else.
