Called the marina last minute during our trip to see about renting a snowmobile. Issac was able to hold us a two seater and sent us out the door quick and easy once we got there! The sled was great, much faster than I remembered - wife enjoy having the seat back! Ease of renting, and then going right out onto lake and trails! Perfect location to rent from, and Issac was awesome to work with! He will get you set up fast, and comfortable with lake/trails/machine! Great way to ride up the lake for lunch👌 100% going back, and asking for Issac!

Great place if you like being active on vacation! Many options for activities no matter what day you stay. Staff at every place we visited was friendly and ready to assist if we needed. Bingo was a lot of fun at the golf course club house. Pool area was spacious but not overwhelming. Breakfast buffet was worth every penny. Rooms were cozy and clean. We rented a fish house as well, which was a lot of fun. Only caught 1 walleye but it was nice to be out with such little preparations. Will return to see this place in action during the summer months, for sure!

To start out all I can say is the staff at Cragun's is outstanding! The staff were very helpful any time we had a questions. We needed to arrive a day early due to weather and they were great about getting us an extra night. We stayed for four nights this winter in cabin 104. We are a family of four and there was plenty of room for all of us. We ate at the restaurant in the lodge one night and the food was good. The other meals we had we either made in the kitchen which was fully equipped or ate at restaurants in town. We rented snow shoes one day and the kids had a blast using them for the first time. The staff puts on a ton of activities especially for younger kids. I would highly recommend this resort to stay at for winter and I would guess that summers here would be awesome.

Never got my deposit back despite no smoking and having a clean room, I went to breakfast at 10:15 and 9:30 the other day it’s supposedly open from 8-11 and both days it was shut down, also the pool restaurant was never open. The humongous sports center has no equipment to use it, and the bartenders at the tiny restaurant have no personality, they will serve your drink and shine glasses in the meantime. Do not see myself coming again soon.

Dario always smiled even though it was his first day. All the activities and marina staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were tasty and we looked forward to coming down to eat. I particularly loved the view of the morning sunrise. The hot tub was so helpful with my back ache. Even though we did not have enough snow to go snowmobile or cross-country ski, I feel that the atmosphere and friendliness of the staff made up for it and we still enjoyed our stay.
