Lake Miltona sits in Alexandria's lake country and combines wooded corridors with ponds and open vistas. Herfort-Norby handled the design and subsequent upgrades: the original nine dates to the mid-1960s and the front nine was added in 2002, with additional renovation in 2007. Today the course plays as a balanced par-72 with water in play on many holes and greens averaging nearly 4,800 sq. ft. after the redesign. Multiple tees range from just over 5,100 yards to roughly 6,470, so you can choose your challenge. Well-groomed conditions and friendly service make it a reliable stop on an Alexandria golf trip.

Just finished a great round here yesterday; course played great, the service and experience provided by the owner and his staff was even better. Shout-out to Cora and Kyle for helping to keep us all hydrated during the round and after!

This course was such a great place to play. Checked it out while on vacation and thoroughly enjoyed it. Greens weren’t too fast or slow, fairways and tee boxes in great shape too. Look forward to playing it again the next time I am in that area. The staff was excellent and very friendly each time we interacted. Thanks a memorable round of golf! Keep up the good work!
