Finally played this course for the first time last week and I’m very happy to check it off the list. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The course is in beautiful shape! Fairways and rough are very well maintained. Greens are in great summer shape and rival those at some local private clubs! Water on a lot of holes, beautiful and challenging!

I was extremely impressed with Tanglewood! The greens and tee boxes were very well kept and the fairways were clean. For the price, you’re getting a lot for your money. Most courses in this price range can’t compete. The course was busy but well managed. It’s tough in all the right ways. Get yourself a tee time as soon as possible!

I held an 80th birthday party for my Dad and Stepmom at the restaurant recently. Working with Thea was wonderful, she was extremely helpful and had great suggestions. The food was excellent and so was the service. I would highly recommend eating or holding a celebration at the restaurant. Plus the setting is amazingly beautiful!!

This place is expensive and their GPS on the carts are all over the place. My cart was consistently 40 to 150 yards greater than the pin. This makes the course unplayable. Yes, you could use a laser range finder but then why is the green fee so expensive? This establishment wants to charge you an arm and a leg yet they give you broken equipment. I left after 9 holes and informed the pro shop on my way out. Tanglewood did not refund any of my money. If I’m paying $100 to play, the equipment needs to work properly. On top of that, while I was shooting on the front 9, one of their groundskeepers changed the hole location while I chipping on the green. I have never seen this. Why was this done when I’m currently on the hole? I am not pleased with my experience at this golf course. I would like my money back.
