We had our wedding reception at Great Oaks CC and could not have had a better experience. Keli is literally THE BEST coordinator and was extremely communicative and organized throughout the entire planning process. The rest of the team and the entire staff from waiters to bartenders to cleaning staff could not have been more professional or helpful. We are so grateful we had our wedding reception here! The pricing includes most everything which helps knowing what the cost will be up front so there are no surprises. The food and drinks were top notch as well.

We celebrated our baby shower at Great Oaks Country Club & couldn’t have been happier with the level of care and service provided. Keli, the events director, is an absolute gem and makes the process feel so seamless! She was extremely accommodating, easy to work with, highly available, and genuinely so happy for us that it made working with her so enjoyable. The service staff and bartenders were amazing. Our guests were so pleased with the bartenders’ service and level of craft - they were raving about the cocktails. The food was well portioned and delicious, and not wildly priced like some other clubs and event spaces. The space was beautiful with large windows and the terrace was perfect for our summer event. 10/10 all around! Thank you Keli!!!

We got married and had our reception at Great Oaks on 9/9/17. We had booked the venue and had been planning for a year. We did have wedding coordinators switch a few times which wasn't that fun but we ended up with an absolute ANGEL!!!! Anjelica was our wedding coordinator and she was on top of everything. She made everything easy for us, gave me her personal cell phone, and made everything look beautiful the day of. Every detail was wonderful. The grounds, the staff, the food, the location, and their venue space was perfect. We had space for 170 people for a sit down dinner and dancing. The space for getting ready was big enough and soo pretty. When we had a request for snacks and drinks before the wedding it was handled in a snap (even though they did not have to and could have charged extra). I could not have had a more beautiful and fun wedding and I am so thankful we chose Great Oaks.

Whoever does the training here does an amazing job. I have come to Great Oaks a few times a year for several years not for work event and every single time the staff is amazing. Jeremy was working the event this time and was amazing. He was extremely attentive and the guests never had to wait for anything. I work dozens of these events each year and as I'm brought in from another company, some places we are ignored and that's fine as we're working. But Jeremy made a point several times to make sure come over to me and make sure I had what I needed but also offering me beverages or food as well. He was so pleasant it made the event extra enjoyable. The food also looked and smelled incredible so the kitchen does a great job too.
