Always enjoyed playing this course. Good location close to Rochester and fun layout. Greens and tees were in good shape. Surprised to be 4 and a half hour round with a 6:30 am tee time and think that $70 isn’t fair for golf, but would visit again. For those that care, no alcohol service and no real food inside.

Terrible day. The course was fine, the carts were a joke, slow running and old. The ranger came and asked us to speed up, and there was a 2 hole gap behind us. Will never go back, save your money there's better courses with friendlier people. Plus the turn is no where near the club house, so a snack is out of the question

Had a group of six teeing off, we planned on launching 4 and 2. Booked 2 tee times for it. Starter said we arent busy so play as six, we asked are you sure and he said yeah all good. At about hole 6 the marshall came up with attititude telling us there is no way we can group as 6, get in a little spat with him and we move on, and split groups. I then saw the marahall floating around 6 otber times and he "needed" to speak with us one other time. Got pushed on pace of play when we were shooting a 2 hour round as a 4 some. Course was in good shape besides the tee boxes kinda sucked. Wont be playing again just do to poor management/staff and no alcohol on top of it,

Love playing this course. Greens roll very true and the course is in excellent shape. The course layout is very fun with plenty of elevation and some tricky holes. Definitely recommend playing in the early morning as the tee times are a bit cheaper and seeing the sunrise on the course is very pretty.

Just played here today for my 40th birthday and had a blast. I played here like 3 weeks ago... and a thunderstorm ruined our round right after the front 9. The owner was very generous giving me a full raincheck and put it to use today. All these negative reviews are pace of play related. If you like links golf (like I do) this place is a ton of fun. You can get creative with approaches off of slopes, etc., the greens roll true, and the condition of the course in general is really good. The only thing that could use a little TLC is the tee boxes. But with the golf boom... this is almost unavoidable. It's a VERY fair value for a weekday round. And if you want to enjoy it... I recommend playing early on a weekday. Pace of play was also horrible when I played 3 weeks ago but that is nearly ANY course in the metro-Detroit area these days. The course itself... I like it a lot and looking forward to playing it again 💯
