We recently hosted an event in the banquet room at Willow Wood Golf Club, and we were beyond impressed at how well everything was handled. Their team is second to none and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of, making the entire event as stress-free as possible. They exceeded every expectation we had, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We hosted more than 150 guests over a three-hour period, yet there was never a shortage of food, drinks, or anything else we needed. Everything was organized, seamless, and professionally managed. If you're looking for a venue with exceptional food and an incredible staff that genuinely cares, I can't recommend this place enough.

Stopped in for breakfast and was disappointed. The food was not great. I had the Half Order of Biscuits and Gravy with Home Fries, Bacon and Sausage Links. I liked the sausage links. The biscuits and gravy were decent. The bacon seemed microwaved and the home fries deep fried. So much rather have both on a griddle. The food was slow to come out so not sure why the shortcuts were taken because it didn’t really speed the process and if you are churning out great food people will wait. Our server was great though!

This place is the definition of a hidden gem (or jewel, as they call it). Course is always in perfect condition, whether you're teeing off in early April or late October. Fast greens, pure fairways and tricky rough keep you on your toes throughout the round. The price to playing condition ratio is an 11 out of 10. I live in the Rockford MI area and nothing over here comes close in quality at this price point. Staff is always super friendly and happy to see you. They have a nice driving range and practice area so show up early and get dialed in before you tee off. Greens keepers and maintenance are top notch, always presenting a course that's fun and challenging. Despite being ~45 miles away, I consider this my home course. Every time I leave, I leave with the anticipation of playing my next round out there. If you're ever anywhere near the Portland area, make it a point to play this course. You will not be disappointed!

The absolute best value in the area. True, firm greens and plush fairways. A beautiful piece of property that the staff has done a really great job of maintaining. Driving range is a plus.

Lots of wonderful memories at this course. Amazing to see it's growth over the last 20+ years. Affordable price point. Pratice green and range are good for a quick warm up or for long pratice sessions with targets. Hot dogs and additional fried food available at the turn along with snacks.
