Course is in terrible shape. Tee boxes look like there have been 4x4 trucks driving through them. Greens were awful, ball marks everywhere, dead grass, footprints. The fairways were not mowed any shorter than the rough. Full of clover and other weeds. Trees need trimmed. There was a sprinkler stuck on, soaking the course and tee boxes on hole 6 I believe. The club house isn’t much better. The hotdogs were disgusting looking…would rather take a chance on gas station sushi. Expensive water and other drinks. It was a huge waste of time and money Edit: 1 Year later...I promise I haven't been back. I do find it interesting that there is no separation between the 1 star reviews and 5 star reviews...very little recently that is like 2, 3, or 4 star. Its almost like the 5 stars are there to counteract the 1 stars, so the overall stays above a 4?

I don’t even know where to start. The website says tucked in shirts with collars is required, but clearly t-shirts with sleeves cut off and jean shorts is the club’s preferred attire. The course is barely above the worst course I have ever played. The tee boxes were destroyed. (Picture below) The fairways were destroyed. (Picture below) The greens looked like someone had a dance party in their spiked shoes and were full of unfixed divots. And then hole 5. A sprinkler. (Picture below) Hole 10 had driving range balls scattered all over the fairway. The carts buzz at you if you are close to the green or OB, even if you are on the cart path. Which is ridiculous! The hotdogs in the clubhouse looked like they had been sitting in the heater for days. This course is NOT worth the price at all, and it’s definitely NOT worth your time. Would have asked for a refund, but I don’t want to play here ever again. For the rest of eternity I will make sure that everyone knows to stay away. Edited: the course replied to my criticism, and amazingly received several positive reviews almost instantly after myself and another gave our negative reviews. However I want to respond to the course about not having thedress code policy. As of right now it is currently still on their website and reads: Men may wear collared shirts, turtlenecks, knit sweaters or golf shirts with collars. Shirts must be neatly tucked into tailored trousers, khakis or Bermuda-length shorts. Ladies may wear blouses, sweaters, golf shirts or sleeveless shirts with collars. Short shorts, cutoffs, tennis skirts, halter-tops or sleeveless tops (tank tops) are not permitted on the course. Spikeless golf shoes must be worn.”

Absolutely beautiful course! Beyond the great fairways and greens, what really sets this place apart is the incredible landscaping. The gardens, flowers, and overall scenery are stunning and clearly maintained with a lot of love and care. It makes for such a relaxing and picturesque round of golf. Easily one of the prettiest courses on the west side of Michigan. Highly recommend!

Been coming here since I was 9 years old. Place burnt down in the early 2000s I believe? 01'-02', perhaps? Dad still has Golf League here after 3 decades 😅 originial owner used to be my step grandparents, and worked there for 5 summers as a cartboy LOL, but that was some time ago.. multiple owners have stepped in, but the place has never been the same since childhood 😔 BUT the place DOES still thrive and survive!! 🙏

Hosted a meeting at the golf course clubhouse recently and it worked out perfectly. Eric provided everything we needed, arranged the room as we asked, and was around to make sure that everything ran smoothly. The course and the area is also very beautiful.
