I'm truly impressed with the change of care for this course. The views speak for themselves. Stunning! Weekend prices are higher than average. Fields can be a little wet, as one would expect from a course named MARSH oaks. Oak Ridge, the sister course, would be a whole different rating. They clearly focus the staff and care to marsh oaks. My favorite skip work and golf place on a weekday! Wide open and Noone in sight. Just how I like it!

Marsh Oaks is worth playing if you get a round on a discount. Its not an ideal course for new golfers as the fairways are narrow and offer little room for error. Fairways and greens have a look of being maintained by someone who doesn't know how to maintain a golf courses. Holes are on top of eachother and can easily find yourself not sure what flag pin you should be aiming for. It was as if some holes shared a fairway. I would never pay the $70 fee to play here, but worth playing once a season if you can find a round on group golfer or similar site. If your playing like complete garbage, lost 10 balls on the front 9 and need a hot dog at the turn to get things back on track...you won't get that here. Just more painful golf trying to find the fairway.

Ive been coming here fairly consistently since last season and have always had a good experience. The course is nice and employees are very polite and helpful, always have a great time chatting with the cart girls. However, the last few times I've been in I've noticed and older bald headed man who lets his dog run free inside the restaurant, which I can assume is a health code violation. I'm assuming he's in management judging by the harsh way he always speaks to the employees who look enough to be his grandchildren. His presence has made my last few visits unpleasant and uncomfortable. Other than that, I have no bad words for the course or the hard working staff.

This was our first time playing at Marsh Oaks, and we had a wonderful experience. We played from the blue tees and found the course design very interesting. It offers a nice level of challenge with hazards and tree-lined holes, but it still feels very playable and rewarding if you can keep your game consistent. The pace of play was excellent for a Sunday afternoon. The beverage and snack service staff, along with the reception desk team, were exceptionally warm and friendly. The course itself is well maintained overall. While the greens could use a bit of improvement. Overall, I would give Marsh Oaks a 4.5/5 rating. I had tremendous fun playing there with my friend and would definitely look forward to coming back.

Course was overbooked. We asked to go off the back 9 and the answer was absolutely NOT. Even though no one was on hole 10. Six hours to play 18 holes. Some holes had 12 people waiting to tee off. The owner/manager was not competent on how to run a successful operation. Don’t waste your money here. I will never be back.
