Pleasant Hills is a great course. Very well kept Fairways and greens. The staff is very friendly and welcoming! We had a very great time for a weekend golf outing. Highly recommend this for a fun family golf day.

Course is challenging but full of weeds. Price is right, and we played it fast. I would play it again. I drove 40 miles to play it and used the golf now app. $19 for 18 and a cart. Can't beat that for a good round of golf.

Decent course with nice greens, nice staff however they didn't control pace of play at all. We were stuck behind 2 4-somes who were all together. They were extremely slow, wouldn't let a solo golfer through, and made no effort to play a bit faster. We waited at each tee box for at least 10 minutes making a normal 3 1/2 hour 18 last 5 hours. I don't recommend playing here if you're looking for good pace of play.

Came for a round of golf with a few family members today and to say the least it was not an enjoyable experience whatsoever. The course itself is a dump and terrible to play on. I’ve never seen such patchy grass and solid dirt in a fairway at any other course in Michigan. I believe he is the pro that was working the counter today treated us very rudely and was pressing us about bringing our own alcohol onto the course because I wanted to use a cooler for the nonalcoholic drinks that we brought. Not sure if it’s because I look younger or what but the way he acted was not at all how you should treat patrons for a business. Will not be playing here again and will definitely warn friends not to waste money going to this course. Honestly you couldn’t pay me to waste my time there again.

Pleasant Hills Golf Course is one of my favorite places in and around Mount Pleasant. Me and my family have played here for more than 50 years. I’ve played a lot of rounds, but Pleasant Hills is easily one of the most well-kept courses around. The fairways are in pristine shape, the tee boxes are pristine, and the greens consistently roll fast and true. You can immediately tell how much hard work goes into maintaining the grounds here. ​A huge part of what makes this place so great to play is Joe, the owner. He goes out of his way to make sure everyone has a great time and genuinely cares about both the condition of his course and the people playing it. It’s rare to find an owner so hands-on and welcoming. Fantastic hospitality and an incredibly well-maintained layout—highly recommend getting out here for a round.
