Don't recommend. Course is OK, greens are in rough shape, the tee boxes well some are non existent amd just poorly taken care of. The clubhouse food is mediocre at best (outing buffet even worse, unless you like dry chicken and shoe leather for roast beef) Even if you have a gift card for 18 holes, but at no time do they have an opening for 18 holes, they only have openings for 9 holes and won't give you an option to use 9 now and 9 later. Go anywhere else.

COURSE CONDITIONS 👎 The greens were outstanding—fast, smooth, and clearly the best-maintained part of the course. Unfortunately, the fairways need considerable work, and many of the cart paths are broken or missing altogether, making for a rough ride. Better overall maintenance would significantly improve the playing experience. COURSE DESIGN 👍 Cracklewood is a forgiving course with relatively few hazards, making it enjoyable for beginners and casual golfers. The layout is straightforward without being boring, allowing players to score well while still enjoying a pleasant round. VALUE FOR MONEY 👎 The $68 green fee feels high considering the current course conditions. If the fairways and cart paths matched the quality of the greens, the course would offer excellent value. SERVICE & HOSPITALITY 👍 Our round was interrupted by an unexpected rainstorm, forcing us to stop after the 11th hole. We requested a rain check, but the pro shop declined, which was disappointing. The rule is stop at back 9 which we don't know but understand on unexpected rain. A more customer-friendly approach to weather-related situations would greatly enhance the overall experience. LOCATION & ACCESSIBILITY 👍 Conveniently located in Macomb Township, the course is easy to reach and offers ample parking, a practice range, and a comfortable clubhouse. It’s a convenient choice for golfers throughout the area. Overall: Cracklewood has an enjoyable layout and some of the best greens you’ll find at a public course in the area. However, the fairways, cart paths, and rain-check policy need improvement before it can justify its current price. With better maintenance and customer service, this course has the potential to earn a much higher rating.

Just played here on Sunday may 24th. It's rained all day the day before and was expecting the course to be flooded like a lot do and was really surprised at how well this course drains. It's was wet but in way better shape than I thought it would be. Nice scenery nice layout. Little pricey I think it was 68 bucks but it was memorial weekend so I don't know if that factored into anything but myself and other I played with had a blast and thought the course was really nice. I would definitely play here again

$24.00 for 2 large buckets of balls on the driving range to hit off crap dirt/grass thats like concrete. I can find deals to golf 18 holes with a cart for the same price. Driving range needs major revamp, if your going to over charge.

Five and a half hours for 18 holes, had to wait on every shot. Hard to get in rhythm when you're constantly waiting. Won't be going back!
