We had 12 guys stay in the main lodge (where we always stay). We prefer those rooms due to the proximity to all the amenities, however, some of our rooms could use an update and/or general maintenance. We only played 3 of the courses (Swampfire was too wet to play so we switched to another course). The courses we played were in very good shape considering the amount of rain they received prior to and during our visit. Some of the service personnel were lacking personality and obviously didn't want to be there, however, kudos to Aaron, our server on our final night there, he was awesome! The food was excellent, we had no complaints.

I just would like to extend a special thank you to Marty Monke and the staff at Garland who helped to make our Verlinde Outing another great success! All 16 of us played all (4) 18 Hole Courses which were all great and well maintained. We also stayed in The French Villas and enjoyed the hot tub and even played a few games on pool table. The balcony of our villa overlooked one of the holes on the Fountain course (which was my favorite course) and the villa was very spacious and well maintained. Weather was great for our entire stay! I overheard a few players in our group comment of a couple of the food entrees saying they tasted excellent! One of those was the Rachel turkey sandwich and the other I believe was the salmon entre. The pizzas were also great and a good size! Hoping to make to back to Garland again soon!!!

8 guy crew played all four courses plus the par 3. Every course was well maintained and fun to play. We stayed in two cottages which were beautiful. Our trip rounded out with a can’t miss course tour on the Roach Coach. Ask for Roach, his knowledge and personality is a must to add to your trip! The staff were fantastic and were helpful with all of our needs. If you’re in the market for a golf trip, Garland will check all of your boxes! 10/10 would definitely come again!

Quite honestly a five star experience. We went here the Friday before Father’s Day and it was absolute perfection. Our bags were unloaded and properly placed on the carts without any prompting and every staff member we encountered was very friendly. We played reflections and it was challenging but very forgiving. There were a lot of poor shots on my part but I still ended up happy just playing a course this beautiful. The greens were in immaculate condition. There was some flooding on one or two holes but it did not affect our play at all. While we did not stay here, I will say that the rooms in the main lodge are very cozy and clean. My grandparents were staying for the weekend so we visited in the room for a short time. We ended up having dinner at the main lodge and everything from appetizers to desert was delicious. I highly recommend any of the courses here and staying at the lodge. I have also seen a villa on a previous visit and they seem to be worth every penny.

We took a group of 8 guys for a stay and play golf weekend at Garland and we couldn't have been more happy with the trip. They have 4 courses that are well maintained and present different challenge levels. The golf pro Shane Riley really took care of us when we only had 18 holes booked on our last day but wanted to play more so Shane immediately found us an open tee time on our favorite course and worked with us on the replay cost. Antlers has amazing food (highly recommend the Beastloaf) and the staff was top notch. 10/10 would recommend.
