We went for lunch at Birdie's tavern. The lunch special was delicious. Service good. Very nice clean and comfortable dining area. Will be back to try other selection on their menu. They do have gluten free options.

This is a hidden gem. We intended to only play a quick 9 but the course was in such good shape we played 9 more. Price was good, manager was great. Huge bonus, there was a beer cart that found us about half way through to help with the heat. We will be stopping here to play a round again in the future. Noteworthy was the turf and soil, better than a lot of higher priced courses, you could actually hit a proper approach shot, many of the greens actually responded to backspin, not common on more affordable courses.

Good buffet with a wide selection. Some of the food was warm at the best. Need to turn up the heating elements. Have said that, I went at a off time where the food sat longer.

Had a great time here. Course in great shape. Long course but green and a longer course. Enjoyed it and will be back when in the area. We got the chicken wraps for our foursome but they were a bit simple and lacking flavor but filled us up for a moon start time.

This is a really nice place. Our family stopped for lunch and the food was good. We were 13 and at midday were seated immediately but with a 6 hr drive south in front of us the time it took put us about 1.5 hours longer.
