One of my favorite local courses to play. after moving recently, i now live a short drive away and this will easily become my new "home course" id played here a few times prior but this was my first time as an adult booking and playing with my buddies instead of grandpa. good cocktails, good food, GREAT course maintenance. this course is really reallly well cut and they have a great price on a round. my only issue with the course came at the turn. we stopped in for the classic turn hotdog and a beer restock. we sat down quick to eat the hotdogs and finish paying up when a starter came up to us and was quick to rush us right out to the back 9, making us wrap up our food and take it on 10. I completely understand the implactions of needing us to hurry up, there is a schedule and everyone is on a tee time, and i think most places dont take kindly to stopping on the turn for this reason, but we would have been more than happy to allow other groups to pass us and start up thier back 9 before us. id argue if we were left to sit and eat our hotdogs we could have been back out and up to playing speed in less than 10 minutes, instead now youve got 4 guys trying to manuver finding a place to set down a hotdog or 2 in a golf cart, cleaning up, and stepping up to swing taking more time over a longer period. no big deal though. like i said i can see the courses side of it so we were happy to wrap them up and keep it moving. driving range was also really nice, and my buddy definetly learned how a small bucket before a round can really benefit you! Lots of water out there, but it plays a lot less hazardous then it looks, and makes the course a blast!

I had a couple failed attempts at golfing here because of delays but third times a charm. When I finally got to play it's was great. The course is in good shape and it's not too challenging. Rates were fair I think i paid between 55 and 60 bucks for 18 holes and a cart. Service was good pro shop employees were nice and the bartender was nice also. Recommended course if you've never played here

First Desiree is absolutely amazing. There is nothing she could have done that would have made this event even more amazing. The wait staff and bartenders were also fantastic. My only suggestion would be to train the wait staff to leave desserts on the guest tables longer. Many people had their desserts taken while they were at the Photo Booth or dance floor. The event space is beautiful. A couple minor things you could consider; some of the seat covers are quite stained as well as a few of the toilets. I realize the toilets are probably stained from well water, but it is unexpected when the event space is so beautiful.

Golden Hawk made our wedding day truly special. The ceremony was absolutely perfect. There was a chance of rain, but the team handled it so well. They timed everything perfectly and helped us decide between having the ceremony indoors or outdoors. The reception was fantastic! Our guests still talk about how amazing the food was. The servers and bartenders went above and beyond to keep everyone happy and taken care of. Overall, Golden Hawk did a wonderful job from start to finish. We would 100% recommend hosting your special day with them!

Pretty nice course! Not to easy, not to hard, greens are nice, the fairways need a little work (they were working on it) but the majority is nice. Staff was very friendly. One thing I will note, I was the first out this day and noticed that all the trash bins were not cleaned out from the night before. Not a huge deal but almost all had been tipped over by wildlife and left a mess at each hole. But will definitely play again, the course is pretty!
