What a great golf course. Well maintained and a very fast greens that can be a challenge. My wife and I are novice players and had a fun time on a beautiful day. Recommend this little jewel of the beaten path.

Great course, good for all golfers but especially us beginners. Employees were very kind and helpful. Course well kept. Would definitely go again if in the area

A good place for food and priced right golf. The course is so so, however, hard to beat the price. The restaurant is a huge improvement over the rundown condition of a couple years ago. Pleasant views from up high in the restaurant area overlooking part of the course and the hills. We ordered burgers and they were great for the price. Reason for 4 stars my wife's burger was way overcooked. Mine was cooked how I liked it (medium to medium rare.) My wife was so hungry after 9 holes she didn't send her burger back. Was hoping the waitress would adjust the bill, however, she didn't. My Mother in law ordered a salad and loved it. I will say the service was excellent. All said and done I do recommend the restaurant and I'm sure we'll be back. Edit on 6-20-20. All the above still applies, however, this time around both my wife's and my burger was cooked well done as opposed to medium rare. Way can't the cook(s) get that right..?

Really fun 18 holes. Challenging enough for an experienced golfer. Yet, course has holes that are great for intermediate golfers as well. We also love the restaurant.

What a great place. By all means, not a country club, but absolutely a club in the country. You get the best of Northern Michigan for an affordable rate. All the staff here are great people and are always kind. The grounds grew keep up on the place, and you get exactly what you pay for. The updated restaurant is a delight and the new menu is great. The ranger also does a great job enforcing the rules against people who think they own the place every weekend. Dave in the pro shop is a standout hard worker, same with Lou. Thanks guys always love coming up here!!!
