Nostalgic Course. Grandfather used to play here 30yrs ago while I looked for balls 25 cent each! First time playing here and enjoyed it very much.

A great course with some challenging holes. I really appreciate how much they give back to the community. Very friendly staff and an overall good environment. Not the best upkeep I've ever seen, but definitely not bad by far

The layout is fantastic and the staff is very friendly, that's where the good ends. The course seemed like it hadn't been watered all season unless it rained. Couldnt get under the ball because of how hard the ground was. If you hit into the middle of the fairway the ball would kick hard left or right and then roll until it was OB. Would not recommend playing in it's current condition, if some watering and upkeep is done this would be a great course.

They charge $50 for a $30 quality course. The girl working the carts gave me a soaking wet one refused to dry it off then walked away so I had to clean it myself. She also got mad when I tried to get a different cart. Then when I got onto the course I realized they gave my tee time to another foursome. The fairways are half dead while the greens are soaking wet with water in the holes

Clear Lake is a good value and a good challenge. I especially liked the scenery and topography on a lot of the holes. It is a mature course that claimed ownership of a few of my golf balls. Looking forward to playing there again now that I've learned the lay of the land. Worth the price.
