Nice course, well maintained and great prices. E walked but will ride next time. **Headline: Memorable Golf Day at Cedar Glen with FoxholeP Leading the Pack** *SAUGUS, MA* - The picturesque Cedar Glen Golf Course in Saugus hosted a thrilling golf day yesterday, marked by competitive spirit and camaraderie among the participants. The standout performer of the day was FoxholeP, who managed to edge out the competition with a solid round, earning the distinction of "sucking the least." FoxholeP's performance was marked by consistency and precision, navigating the challenging fairways and tricky greens of Cedar Glen with remarkable skill. His steady play and strategic approach paid off, as he avoided major pitfalls and kept his score low. Not far behind, Glenzo, BDP, and 808 also delivered impressive rounds, showcasing their golfing prowess. Glenzo's game was highlighted by some long drives and accurate iron shots, which kept him in contention throughout the day. BDP, known for his short game, dazzled with several clutch putts that saved par on multiple occasions. Meanwhile, 808's round was characterized by a blend of power and finesse, as he executed some remarkable shots from difficult lies. The camaraderie among the golfers was palpable, with friendly banter and mutual encouragement adding to the day's enjoyment. The beautiful weather and pristine condition of the Cedar Glen course only enhanced the experience, making it a memorable outing for all involved. As the sun set over the lush greens of Cedar Glen, the participants gathered to celebrate their rounds and share stories of the day's highlights. While FoxholeP took the top honors, it was clear that the true winner was the spirit of the game and the joy of spending a day on the course with good friends. In the end, it was a fantastic day of golf at Cedar Glen, leaving everyone looking forward to the next round and the chance to improve their game and share more unforgettable moments on the course.

I have no complaints, the staff is friendly, the fairways and greens are pretty much always in good shape and they have grass T boxes unlike a couple of courses I've been. I walk and my uncle has a cart sometimes i spend time looking for my ball we have never been pressured to speed up play. I use to play here 30 years ago and since retirement a couple of years I'm back every week.

Like many other reviews below…. Awful! I would give it a zero if it were an option. I have golfed here many times in the past, never thought it was great or the staff was friendly, but nothing like my last and definitely final experience here. I took my 11-year-old son here for his birthday this past Tuesday. I am not new to golf, but my son is, so I took him at a time I knew would be slow. Staff was unfriendly from the start. We were approached twice during the first hole. First complaining they didn’t realize my son was inexperienced and to make sure we knew not to hold anybody up (nobody in front or behind us waiting). Second, we were approached at the green and told my son was too slow and not so nicely asked to leave (still nobody waiting to tee off). After embarrassing my son, we packed up and returned to the clubhouse. Not sure exactly what their issue with us was, as we were not going slow and definitely weren’t holding anyone up. I have golfed here many times with my husband, brother and friends with no questioning of our speed or skill level. I had to return the next day to retrieve a club I left behind and was treated just as bad, if not worse by the man at the front desk. I wanted to notify upper management of the issue but was informed he couldn’t help and I’d have to call later. Also attempted to question why their website says “for all ages and abilities” when clearly that is not true. Was told it did not say that (by all 3 employees I dealt with) and the manager told me I should have gone elsewhere (screen shot of their website below). They are none of what they claim on their site. My family and newest golfer will never return and happily bring our business elsewhere!

Awful experience. Called at about 11:30 and asked if I could show up in an about 90 minutes as a single. I was told by the woman on the phone it was wide open from 1-3. I showed up a little before 1 and a guy at the desk told me singles aren’t allowed. The woman eve came out and acknowledged it and apologized and all he said was “oh sorry”. Fortunately there was a twosome outside about to tee off I was able to join, so I had to run right out and start up. There were maybe 6 cars in the parking lot. And nothing on their site makes any mention of this rule. Course itself was awful. Tee boxes were mud, greens had several dirt patches, list goes on and on. Just an overall terrible experience and will definitely not be back.

I’ll never bother again! Don’t waste your money. Every time I play I wait 15/20 on the 3rd hole. It ruins the round! Look at all of these people waiting!!! No marshal to be found!
