When touring wedding venues, we felt that many were just a wedding factory and you were just another couple passing through. The second we stepped on sight at Waverly Oaks, we knew that we were more than just a # to them. Lindsey and Mary were a huge selling point in booking our wedding at Waverly Oaks, on top of the stunning grounds and reception area. Leading up to our wedding, Lindsey made everything SO easy - she is so organized and quick to respond (she made me feel like I was the only bride they had though I know there were MANY others!!). She answered every question I had and is the most calm coordinator ever. On the day of the wedding, every staff member went above and beyond to ensure the day was perfect and the space was absolutely stunning from every angle. The grounds were flawless. The food was delicious - everyone is still raving. The drinks were perfect. The staff was awesome. We honestly wouldn’t change a thing about our wedding!! Lindsey & Mary, thank you again for everything you did to make our wedding day so amazing. We are forever grateful for you both and cannot wait to come back to visit 🩷

A year later, and I’m finally writing my review for the most amazing wedding venue I could have ever asked for. Waverly Oaks exceeded every single expectation I had for my wedding day. The staff was absolutely incredible — especially Mary and Katherine — who were truly at my side from start to finish. On one of the most stressful days of my life, they made me feel calm, cared for, and completely supported. I will never forget how you both made me feel on my wedding day — from the bottom of my heart, thank you. The grounds were straight out of a dream. I look at my wedding photos often and still fall in love with them all over again. Funny enough, I always said I didn’t want photos in the long grass… and now those are some of my absolute favorites! Riding out on the golf cart for sunset photos was such a special moment, and the hydrangeas in August were exactly what I had hoped for. I truly couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful backdrop. Our friends and family still talk about how amazing the food was! From the apps to the entrees … the food was absolutely delicious! One of our favorite parts of the venue was the bar — it was really important (especially for my husband!) that the bar was large enough so guests wouldn’t have to wait in line for drinks and miss time on the dance floor. And it absolutely delivered — the drinks were flowing and the party never stopped! We truly could not have asked for a more perfect day at the most beautiful venue, to celebrate tying the knot with all of our favorite people.

I recently photographed a wedding at Waverly Oaks Golf Club in Plymouth, and it was such a beautiful day from start to finish. The venue has a perfect mix of classic New England charm and modern elegance, with stunning views and gorgeous natural light throughout the property. The staff was organized, welcoming, and made everything feel effortless. It’s a wonderful setting for couples who want a relaxed yet refined wedding experience.

Waverly Oaks is truly one of my favorite wedding venues to work at! The grounds are absolutely stunning, and the staff is so kind, helpful, and organized. The coordinators work as a team with the other vendors to make sure everything runs on time and everyone stays in the loop which makes such a difference on a wedding day. There’s also so much space to use throughout the day (which is rare!), and their indoor ceremony and photo options are just as beautiful in case of rain. Can’t wait to be back!
