When touring wedding venues, we felt that many were just a wedding factory and you were just another couple passing through. The second we stepped on sight at Waverly Oaks, we knew that we were more than just a # to them. Lindsey and Mary were a huge selling point in booking our wedding at Waverly Oaks, on top of the stunning grounds and reception area. Leading up to our wedding, Lindsey made everything SO easy - she is so organized and quick to respond (she made me feel like I was the only bride they had though I know there were MANY others!!). She answered every question I had and is the most calm coordinator ever. On the day of the wedding, every staff member went above and beyond to ensure the day was perfect and the space was absolutely stunning from every angle. The grounds were flawless. The food was delicious - everyone is still raving. The drinks were perfect. The staff was awesome. We honestly wouldn’t change a thing about our wedding!! A year later, and I’m finally writing my review for the most amazing wedding venue I could have ever asked for. Waverly Oaks exceeded every single expectation I had for my wedding day. The staff was absolutely incredible — especially Mary and Katherine — who were truly at my side from start to finish. On one of the most stressful days of my life, they made me feel calm, cared for, and completely supported. I will never forget how you both made me feel on my wedding day — from the bottom of my heart, thank you. The grounds were straight out of a dream. I look at my wedding photos often and still fall in love with them all over again. Funny enough, I always said I didn’t want photos in the long grass… and now those are some of my absolute favorites! Riding out on the golf cart for sunset photos was such a special moment, and the hydrangeas in August were exactly what I had hoped for. I truly couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful backdrop. Our friends and family still talk about how amazing the food was! From the apps to the entrees … the food was absolutely delicious! One of our favorite parts of the venue was the bar — it was really important (especially for my husband!) that the bar was large enough so guests wouldn’t have to wait in line for drinks and miss time on the dance floor. And it absolutely delivered — the drinks were flowing and the party never stopped! We truly could not have asked for a more perfect day at the most beautiful venue, to celebrate tying the knot with all of our favorite people.

From the very beginning, our experience with this venue was absolutely incredible. The entire staff was beyond friendly, professional, and genuinely excited for us. Every interaction felt warm and welcoming, and their efficiency made everything run so smoothly — we never once felt stressed or unsure. Mary and Catherine were a pleasure to work with, and we will never forget how amazing they were! What meant the most to us was how easy they made the entire planning process feel. They were organized, communicative, and always one step ahead. We felt supported the whole way through, which allowed us to actually enjoy being engaged instead of feeling overwhelmed. We are so grateful we chose this venue and would recommend them wholeheartedly to any couple looking for a beautiful, seamless, and unforgettable wedding experience.

We could not have had a better wedding experience thanks to the staff at Waverly Oaks! Every other venue we toured felt like just another sales pitch and like we were just another couple walking through the door. From the moment we took our first tour of the venue and met Kathryn, we knew we would be choosing to celebrate our wedding day here. The venue itself is incredible, however, we could tell from our tour that Kathryn genuinely cared about couples who choose to have a wedding at Waverly Oaks. We then got to meet Lindsay during our tasting which further solidified our feeling that we made the right choice. Kathryn and Lindsay are an incredible duo that will make sure they do everything possible to make sure that you have the best day possible. The food was amazing and Lindsay, Kathryn and the rest of the team made everything throughout the planning process super easy. We knew our wedding day would be an awesome day and the Waverly Oaks team still managed to exceed our expectations and we can't thank them enough. Everything at this venue gets an A++++ from us. Choosing Waverly Oaks was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! My husband Lyle and I got married there on April 25, 2026, and everything was absolutely perfect. Lindsey and Kathryn were incredible to work with—kind, responsive, organized, and genuinely invested in making our day special. The venue is beautiful, from the gorgeous pergola ceremony site to the stunning grounds and spacious reception areas. The food was fantastic, and we're still getting compliments from our guests! Many of our guests also commented on how wonderful and attentive the staff was. We felt completely taken care of throughout the entire process and couldn't recommend Waverly Oaks more highly.
