I have been fortunate to be a member for the past 3 years. The course is impeccable and the staff is as friendly as can be. Great food, drinks, and service in the RTJ restaurant. The project shop has all the needs for a great day on the course.

First I want to say I would rate this a 0 star but I cannot so I give it a 1 which is way to generous. I booked a tee time a week ago to play Friday morning here as a member I get there an hour early to warm up and get ready for a round I was very excited for getting to play with my dad and brother for the first time this year together and about 5 minutes before the tee time I was told we couldn’t play because we were not full members and I thought it must be a joke but then I remembered we were at Ipswich and realized that if any course was gonna screw us over it would be this course. The fact I had a tee time and was denied play because they cant find someone smart enough to work a simple app. They need to take responsibility for their mistakes and not take it out on us every not full member that had this problem today deserves a formal apology from the whole staff face to face this is an absolute joke smh. you really disappointed with this one Ipswich

Today I had a tee time booked to play with my brother and my father. The tee time had been booked for about 5 days and we had been talking about it all week. Me and my brother got there on our own and warmed up for about an hour. Right as we were about to go out we were told only “full” members were allowed to golf because it was a “holiday”. It ruined my day along with my brother and father. This is a common thing at Ipswich CC if you are not a full member, you get treated completely differently and are absolutely not treated like you belong there. They lack communication and at the very least should have made a phone call to us in the days prior telling us we couldn’t play. Any public course would do that if there was a tee time issue.

Absolutely beautiful views and stunning interiors. Plenty of parking, food and beverages were delicious

Want to feel like a 2nd class citizen? Join Ipswich as an associate member. I did. Had a tee time this morning at 11:30 (must play before noon unless you’re a full member), arrived at the course to play with my sons (took day off work), and was informed I could not play. No phone call or text in advance. They didn’t even edit my time on the tee sheet - it’s still there! Wasted hours of my day. Communication is 10x better from the local public courses. They don’t even understand the technology they use for booking. Rethinking my family’s decision to join here vs places like Renaissance or Turner Hill, who seem to treat all levels of membership with respect and professionalism. It’s amateur hour over here.
