Hog Neck’s Championship course offers a full-length public-golf test that often feels open, breezy, and influenced by its Eastern Shore setting. The layout typically rewards steady tee-to-green play, with enough length and variety to challenge better players while remaining playable for most. Wind can be a major factor, turning familiar holes into completely different decisions and making distance control especially important. The course tends to favor golfers who keep the ball in front of them and avoid short-siding around the greens. Hog Neck Championship feels like a true “main event” round—solid design, memorable conditions, and plenty of room to compete.

Real gem if a golf course in Easton MD. Not long. Kind of tight. Good choice of tees for all levels. Greens are large and undulating. Some water, but not too much. Bunkers in outstanding shape. Reasonable priced. Super friendly staff. Highly recommended

The course has open long fairways with a good amount of obstacles. The trees are well spaced out and the course is well maintained. Highly recommend for a great round of golf.

Played Hog Neck on July 23 2025 for the first time. What a genuinely fun experience it was! From the automatic ball tee up range to the lovely well groomed golf course. We will definitely be back and looking forward to it.
