Mount Pleasant Golf Course delivers classic municipal golf character—accessible, straightforward, and rooted in local golf culture. The layout generally rewards keeping the ball in play and aiming for safe, center-green targets rather than chasing every flag. It can be a great place to work on fundamentals because the holes provide clear looks and repeatable shot demands. Short game and putting tend to separate scores, especially when greens are quick or pin placements tighten up. Mount Pleasant is a dependable option when you want a relaxed round that still delivers honest golf.

Mount Pleasant is a beautiful municipal golf course in the city of Baltimore with a lot of history. The course has hosted a former PGA Tour event and has seen golf greats such as Cary Middlecoff, Sam Snead, and Arnold Palmer play the course. Overall the conditions of the course were good and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. This is the best municipal course I’ve played and is a course everyone should play if in the Baltimore area.

I LIVE ON EDGEPARK ROAD AND THERE IS A SERIOUS IVY PROBLEM.I HAVE CONTACTED THE CITY COUNCIL AND THEY HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED MONTHS AGO.IF YOU GO BEHIND THE REAR WHERE THEIR FENCE IS AND FOLLOW IT AROUND ALL TO HILLEN RD AND TURN RIGHT UP TO WHERE THEIR SIGN IS,YOU WILL BE MORTIFIED.THE FENCE WAS CLEAR WHEN I MOVED HERE OVER 35 YEARS AGO.THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING AND THEIR PICTURES ARE TAKEN OF THE AREA THEY MAINTAIN.THE SKATING RINK IS BAD ALSO.TAKE A RIDE AROUND BOTH.

The staffs are very friendly. The fairway and green are ok. The club house needs renovations and cart paths need repairs. The bunk needs raked. The road to parking lot is narrow and the parking lot looks small and cars are parked randomly somehow. Need resurfacing of the lot and redrawing the parking spaces.
