I don’t usually leave negative reviews but this time I have to. Traveling from out of town and hospitality was poor, course overpriced for condition, and when I asked for a refund they offered a rain check for a different day. I came back for the rain check and service was the same and no one remembered having offered the rain check. So I showed him my credit card receipt and he told me that could have been for golf anywhere. I won’t be going back here.

Muni has come a long way in its history and its current condition is the best it’s ever been. I once said I’d never play here and now I look forward to my rounds. The crew here is spectacular.

Been playing here for years, normally a very good experience. I’ve been bringing my son with me to play as well for around 2 years also. Booked and paid as normal and when we arrived they told me my son can’t ride on the cart with me anymore “due to liability reasons” I explained that we’ve been doing this for a while and have done it more than a few times and they just sent us away. I then asked for some sort of refund because they have been letting us do this before which is why I paid in advance, and all they did was point at a phone number to golf now and say there’s nothing they can do. I then asked why they have been letting us do this before and the response to that was “we were just letting it slide, but now we can’t”. Just overall not a good way to conduct business. Rules are rules and that’s ok with me, but the fact that these “rules” can be removed or turned a blind eye to some times and other times not is 100% not okay. Had this been a clear rule and enforced properly every other time over the years that we’ve gone the expectation would have been set and this would not have happened. Very disappointing too at the lack of customer service when looking for some sort of resolution to this very unfortunate situation that I found myself in. Also the lack of empathy towards a child that was just excited to enjoy a ride in the golf cart with his dad like he has done multiple times before at this course. He is now confused asking “why do they not like me there anymore”. I would not want this to happen to anyone, and that is the purpose of this review.

Muni is a great public course that's in excellent condition. The greens are smooth and manicured, the staff is happy and helpful, and the price for 18 holes with a cart is very reasonable. (Under $50) If you're thinking about going play this course, I highly recommend grabbing your clubs and going out there as soon as possible.

Never have had a good experience here. Course is horrendous for the price, I’ve seen country club courses cheaper. The customer service is actually awful never seen a more unkept course!!
