Set within thousands of wooded acres north of New Orleans, this Ron Garl design feels secluded and scenic. Holes thread around lakes and native habitat, with risk-reward par fives and stout par threes. Conditioning is a point of pride, and prevailing breezes can add bite. A 36-acre practice facility (with Rob Noel Golf Academy) makes it a regional training hub. It's a modern, nature-forward test that stays playable for members day-to-day.

Pleasantly surprised at this great course. It seemed like it was in the middle of no-where but once I entered the community it was great. Ate a delicious lunch. Great course.
